The apparment was incredible, with a beautiful view and plenty of space for our group. We were in march so there was no commotion due to the tourist off-season. The owners are extremely friendly and forth coming. I would definitely recommend visiting here!

The hotel is located in the tourist centre of Alikanas village - so it is close to all interesting places like restaurants, shops and beach. The biggest surprise was the nice aesthetic and comfort of the room - especially beds, we really loved sleeping on them! The staff was also helpful, they printed us the boarding passes and told hints about what to do around while staying here.

Pool was very quiet in the day if you wanted to just read a book and chill.

I really loved the area of Agios Nikolaos and would stay here again. My only caution is to rent a car. It's not near town and you can't walk from location to location. But it's quiet, and it's beautiful in Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos and its surroundings is "nature beauty" and is very tranquil. This location is not very suitable for small children. There are few beaches and the beaches are rocky and pebble. Not many opportunities to rent umbrella and sunbeds. On the other hand there are many options to rent a boat and admire the beauty of the sea. The sea is crystal clear.
We liked Nobelos restaurant. You definitely need a car in this area.

The house is a perfect holiday house and in a nice calm location. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. It is also getting well cleaned every 3 days. The Seaview is great (top sunrise). Within walking distance good restaurants and one small beach. We loved the day we rented a boat from the Port nearby and Makris Gialos beach a few Kms by car away.

Lovely beach with lots of fish to see while snorkelling, my favourite pastime. It was easy to get from the port to other areas of the island and lots of boat trips to go on. Lots of restaurants cafes and bars to keep us fed and watered!

Agios Nikolaos would be my recommendation if travelling to Zakynthos, not only is it close to the attractions but if your wanting to stay away from the crowds this is where you want to go. And trust me there were lots of tourists when we took a drive to the other side of the island.

A beautiful place, best enjoyed if you can drive and hire a rental car. When you drive you get to see so much more beauty of the island. The scenic views are breathtaking. We managed to go to all beaches , restaurants and shops because we had a a car. We even tired wine tasting too! A Car gives you the freedom to explore. You will feel such freedom! Such a beautiful and relaxing oasis. Such a beautiful place to share with your significant other(S)! Love! Will deffo be back.
We ate at Petrino’s restaurant ( we likes the outdoor dining there) & Orizodes skybar restaurant was our favourite for their seafood ( swordfish steak ) , meat dishes and beverages, they had some of the best fruity tasting Rose we found on the island and also a bonus the staff were completely amazing. Orizodes is just across the road from the Emerald villa! Open until 12 at night!

Our family had the most wonderful week at the Avgi holiday villa. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful amenities, we felt very comfortable during our stay. The villa is centrally located within walking to distance to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The pool was spotless and the views from anywhere on the property were absolutely breathtaking. Zografia and her husband were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Thank you for everything!!! We look forward to visiting again soon!
It is a smaller family run hotel. Very stylishly done and with great atmosphere. Everybody was very attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had used extra services such as boat trip, transfers, etc. and have enjoyed them tremendously. Definitely a place to come back to. View from the room is spectacular, rooms are spacious with great terrace. Breakfast offers nice variety with freshly cooked additional items on order. It is located in close proximity to couple of smaller really spectacular beaches and a port.
Everything from the welcoming, service by Irene & other staff members to the room, view and the facility as a whole was exceptional and over our expectations!
If you’re hesitating, don’t be, it’s 10x better in person than on pictures. The view is one of the best I’ve seen after staying at many hotels with great views.
We stayed in the studio with its own little private pool which was a treat. The studios are a short walk (10 mins downhill) to the beautiful port of Agios Nikolaos with all its lovely restaurants (and there are a couple of restaurants even closer). The family who own the place were really friendly and accommodating.
Absolutely incredible experience, 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Zakynthos. The most beautiful hotel room, with a spectacular view. Great room service and super friendly and helpful staff. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating. He helped arrange car rental and tours for us! Very pleased!
There was no breakfast, it was self catering. The view is superb from the room. It was raining so we only got a bit of use in the pool, it was a very relaxing experience. The apartment had everything you could possibly want, beautifully built villa.
It is truly a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. The weather was a bit chilly but during the day (thanks to the hotel location on the hill) it felt warm. The staff was very kind and helpful, we will definitely return one day.
The villa was very comfortable for two families sharing. The pool area and view was exceptional, as was the easy access to shops and restaurants in Agios Nikolaos. Mirsini was also a wonderful host. We cannot wait to visit again.
