Nothing. It was the worst hotel that I have ever been to. It was filthy, filled with bugs and we left within two hours of checking in to go somewhere else. It was not cleaned before we attended, the TV didn't even turn on and there was blood stains on the mattress. The room door would not open, the lock was faulty and we thought that we were locked in. It took us 20 minutes of trying to get it to open before we could get out to make a complaint. There was no one at reception and the hotel phone was not working. When we went back to our room, the lock had jammed again and we were sitting with the door open having to use a suitcase to hold it shut. Due to this we had to call a taxi and stay at a different resort, we were put in a very vulnerable and unsafe situation, we were not going to sleep somewhere where anyone could walk into the room in the middle of the night with no security!

The hotel is amazing, the facilities are very modern, there is hand-crafted woodwork everywhere which we loved! The styling of everything was amazing. It felt like it was a very luxurious resort. The free sunbeds on the grass are luxurious and cozy. They are even better than the paid ones directly on the beach/sand. The beach is amazing, with close proximity to rental boats and other restaurants and cafes. There is free and safe backyard parking, which was great as we were there with our own car. The food was different every day, there were themed and special sets, and the all-inclusive package is great food-wise. The staff was great, Kostas made our time even more special as he took extra care of us and our daughter, who was very happy to receive so much attention from everyone! I celebrated my birthday during our vacation there, so he and the rest of the staff went the extra mile to make me feel special and celebrated! Kudos to Konstantinos and his staff!

The location is relatively far from the mass touristic side of the island, so you don't get confronted with it.To get somewhere a car is required and its centrally located to reach everything.
I really enjoyed the 2-level pool its very refreshing, and the view is fantastic. The breakfast and dinner compared to the price you pay are good also its local food and they diversify it every day.

A lazy quiet town away from the hustle of Zante town.
A lazy quiet town away from the hustle of Zante town. Come here to see the real Zakynthos and meet great locals. A great place to stay to see the west and south of the island which is less busy and more beautiful. There isn't much in the way of shops but does have 4-5 cafes - the people were really lovely, some had great views.
