We stayed one night only. For this short stay, everything was fine. The building is still in its final stage of construction, however, these was no noise, no excessive dust or similar, and the room had everything we needed, although you see here and there cables from the wall and/or open pipes. For that, the room was quite modern and fresh in appearance.
The breakfast in the neighboring building was ok and actually better than expected.
Overall, good value for money.

It is an ugly place with dirty beaches.
It is an ugly place with dirty beaches. The city does not suggest you anything more. I know that there are people who go there for sand beaches, anyway, they were so dirty that it is difficult to enjoy. Have been there for 4 days, will never go again.

Sandy beaches are few in Georgia, as I am told. Ureki boasts "magnetic sand," a supposed cure for all kinds of maladies. Unfortunately, the old infrastructure, narrow road, lack of parking and sidewalks, as well as litter makes things feel a little not taken care of.
Our children loved playing in the sand, swimming in the shallow sea, and enjoying time away from city-life. Lifeguards on patrol added to the feeling that it was a safe place.

My family and I stayed at Ritsa Resort for a couple of days this summer. The hotel has a great location ,the beach is very close from the hotel.
The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Service was great and overall the staff was exceptional. Pool was also great, very clean and neat. Every guest that I met seemed to be having a great time. There are some local restaurants that we enjoyed as well. We’ll definitely come again. 👌🥂🥰
Since the hotel was still under renovation, we were offered cottages, which were nice. The host was very kind and attentive to our wishes. I had already read other reviews about the breakfast, and it was indeed pleasantly surprising. Thank you for the lovely stay; when we are in Ureki, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.
