The house is amazing! It’s built and decorated with so much love, care and taste. Very clean. It has everything you need: all the cooking essentials, all the bathroom appliances, a fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings, a canteen with tasty wine, BBQ, sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi. It’s just marvelous!
The hosts, Lasha and Tatia, are exceptionally friendly and proactive - they always asked if we needed any help and suggested us activities to do.
The house also has a huge garden, it snowed overnight and it looked like a fairytale. It’s hard to believe such a gem is only 20-30 min away from Tbilisi - which makes it super convenient to get there.
We celebrated the birthday of my husband, and it was amazing! Wonderful memories.
Overall, it’s probably the best place we’ve been to in Georgia within almost 2 years of staying here. It’s definitely a high level of service and comfort + I haven’t met such friendly and welcoming hosts in Georgia before. Thank you so much, Tatia and Lasha!

We had a family trip with our big dog, each of us used an own way to reach it. The staff was perfect, explaining every step by phone, even which metro-station need to go to come the hotel. The furnishings are rich and new, room is big with climate-control, spacious balcony. Also was a nice small pull 24/7, own cold parking, huge gym and chic restaurant right in front of the hotel, just after car-bridge. No extra-charge for dog, fast way to leave the city.

we couldn't find the hotel, even if we copied and pasted the address onto the maps app or bolt app, the driver also tried doing it, he tried to call the hotel a number of times from the number that was on booking.com,, it kept getting diverted and then saying it was out of range. I even messaged the hotel a number of times, and even yesterday, and they haven't replied at all, my driver had to then go and find me another accommodation. very poor and response service, no english. They need to update their phone number and location correctly on booking.com, as when you use that one, it takes you outside the city to an empty field.
