I really enjoyed staying at this apartament. It is right by the sea and the view is amazing. The rooms are clean, bright, and very comfortable. The colors and decoration make you feel calm and happy. Everything looks fresh and well cared for. The host is friendly and always ready to help. It is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a day at the beach. I would be happy to come back again.

The apartment is tasteful, clean and well equipped, the mattress is fantastic, and the view - especially from the shared roof deck - is simply breathtaking. Best of all, it is located in a little peaceful pocket of subtropical paradise, away from the touristy chaos of Batumi and Kobuleti, up the road from magical banana groves and a small seaside waterfall. It also serves as a great base to explore the black sea coast.

He mentioned that he speaks 3 languages and literally he told me that he doesn’t speak English.
His friend guest in the place smoke everywhere and he doesn’t hold himself from doing gas in the hallway or in the kitche.
The cigarettes smell are everywhere.
I spent 2 months and 24 days and the host rejected to change my sheets or the bed set.
Keep an eye on them just to stay safe.
