I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The view from the balcony was amazing, and both the room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and comfortable. Teona was exceptionally helpful and friendly, she even went above and beyond to assist us at the restaurant on the ground floor.

Excellent hotel, very high quality rooms with friendly and accommodating staff. Was there for a wedding and the staff did their utmost to make it the best possible experience. Came in the off-season and price was very low for the quality. Area the hotel is located in is beautiful, and the hotel has excellent views as it is perched on the side of a cliff overlooking a valley with multiple terraces. Great facilities featuring indoor and outdoor hot-tubs, sauna, and terrace swimming pool. Definitely wish to come back in the winter/ski season for the full experience of Gudauri.

Unfortunately, what happened to us at the hotel ruined all the positive aspects. I told the hotel manager Nina that I would contact Booking and I would complain about them. Nina replied that it makes no difference to her as the manager of the hotel.
