This hotel I found on Booking because is placed in the centre of the city.
It is right, but in old part of Rustavi. The new part is behind the river. There is more entertainment, more restaurants and night life. The distance is about 2 km and you can go there by walk or by mashrutka/bus - the price is not more than 1 GEL.
Nearby the hotel there are some good restaurants, bank, exchange room, good cake shop and many small shops.
If you have the room to inside and not to the street you can sleep well. Other rooms are more noisy - the dold windows not tight well.
In summary this is older hotel but the people there are very nice and they try to help you with everything and smilin to you.
