The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure).
upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

Mtskheta can be seen in a day. I stayed for a week due to personal reasons. It's a nice quiet place, with little distraction so I was able to focus on my work. Lovely little town, exceptionally touristy. Very little to do especially in Winter. Truly beautiful, can walk down to the river or around the church, the mountains in the distance are lovely. Hiking trails and nature nearby. Pedestrian-friendly.

pure nature, peaceful and quiet small town just 20 min from Tbilisi, just pay one lari and get there by minibus. enjoy the rivers and mountains all around the town, no traffic, no rush , no crowd. I love this city and sure will visit next time when in Georgia.

The cathedral area and monastery were great - nicely planned tourist area around the Cathedral- which is exceptional and amazing, with lovely choir 9-11am and 4-6pm service. The ancient ness is remarkable.
the Abbey monastery opposite a must - for the kings and home of St Nino and lovely nuns whoa re chatting and engaging. A tranquil and affirming place, that is easy to roam and not too busy. Slightly short of good food places - the chamber of wine nice enough but not a knock out restaurant, with laid back service.
We were maybe one of the first guests in the hotel. We think
that they’ve managed to create a wonderful place in a beautiful
neighborhood with a view on the hills and the center of Mtskheta.
The breakfast was also great as far as the restaurant overall.
The hotel perdónelo were very friendly, many speak English
almost fluently.
Overall it’s a very nice place, especially
for this price. We wish the hotel to maintain this quality and
spirit and hope that everything will be great. Thank you!
It’s my second time in Mtskheta and i was little late and I made a sudden booking at this property. And everything went so smooth, we even did a cooking for our dinner. The kitchen has everything for cooking. and the room is clean, they even provide the smart tv for some entertainment.
And also, the location is just few steps away from the Old Mtskheta, which one of the main attractions here.
Will definitely be back to this place again next time.
The picture is misleading because they don't have a rooftop terrace for guests. There are 3 rooms on the ground floor each with a bathroom. there is a very small refrigerator a sink and a kettle in the hallway. The location is really the only selling point of the guesthouse/hotel. If you need anything you must stand in the street and catch the family's attention in their upstairs apartment.
This little hotel is very cozy ,comfortable and classy designed,. The hotel manager is warm and attentive person. She's always there to help you. Besides this cute hotel and amazing service for sure, you can find yourself a little tour here - sightseeings around Mtskheta ( It comes with the extra fee, but worth it). We left the hotel with all the positive feelings. Highly recommended.
The most Comfortable Hotel in Mtskheta I’ve ever tried. Very Suitable for tourists because it’s very close to the main places you should see in that city. Comfortable place not only for adult but also for children cause the garden&park for them are at the opposite side of hotel.

Located just in the heart of Mtskheta, steps away from Svetitskhoveli cathedral. In the morning we woke up from the church bells.
The room was very spacious
The landlady was very kind to prepare us pancakes for breakfast.

From my room I could see an extraordinary view of the city's landmarks and a beautiful garden.I found the hotel newly opened and it really exceeds the conditions of a guesthouse.
The property is located in a very convinient spot of the town, close to everything and has lovely views all around. The area is super chill, so is the hotel. The owners have a little garden with plenty of fruits growing. You can walk and hike by the river, few mins from the property. Lovely place to relax!
Excellent apartment, kind hosts, great location. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Everything is exactly as it is in the photos. Located 5 minutes from the center of Mtskheta, the apartment was new, clean, and very nice. The bed was very comfortable as well.

There is a supermarket on the ground floor and it’s very convenient if you want to buy drinks and food.
