Stayed here for 2 nights and found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and happy to help with anything. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable . Very good air conditioning in room. We found it to be a very quiet hotel and poolside. Good pool and sun lounges. The rooms, poolside and other facilities felt very hidden away in such a busy area which was really nice and made it nice and quiet. The breakfast was also very good and staff were constantly topping it up even though it was very busy. We didn’t any other food here but it looked nice and people were constantly eating at the restaurant throughout the day

It is a very nice area for strolls on the beach, drinking coffee in the many coffee shops, it has a very nice market with lots of interesting stuff to buy, good and affordable public transport and a good and affordable place to visit, especially out of season when it is not very busy.

Very nice beaches, not too expensive, friendly people. Right in the heart of the Adjara culture. Beautiful Cliffside castles you can see from far away. Lots of culture. And people are very nice. Hard to get away after staying here for a while.

Very busy during summertime.
Very busy during summertime. Lots of parks and playgrounds available for young and old. A huge amount of restaurants available and open during summer season. Try Smile and Princessa restaurante on Agmashenebeli. They are both fantastic. Wonderful warm seas and oebble beach. Umbrellas and beach loungers to rent at 5lari each for the day. The 3 big banks have offices in the town centre. Draw enough cash as there are no ATM's available along the promenade. The promenade is brand new and at least 8km long so lovely with a lot of shade trees and perfect for cycling and walking.

My personal favorite place in Kobuleti was the beach. The water was amazing, as well as the weather. We travelled with our dog and had a lot of fun swimming. We mostly ate at our hotel. The food was amazing. It is very easy to get around. Bolt taxis service is available.

There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice...
There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice place for a quiet few days away. We visited the nearby Dendrology Park which is definitely worth a visit and Petra Fortress which is interesting and has great views. We also visited the protected area which was overgrown and wet so we couldn’t explore it fully but we saw some nice birds. There is a path along the sea front which is a lovely walk but better in the morning or evening as it is quite exposed in the middle of the day.
Having your own car would be an advantage as we found it quite difficult to arrange transport. The Maxim taxi app works but we didn’t have great experiences with the drivers.
When we visited in June 2021 a lot of restaurants were closed but appeared to be getting ready to reopen.

Very interestig natural park - Protected areas tourist trails - but without the chance to observe it. No equipment is here - only information board. Without opportunity to can hire swamp walking skies and binocular which are insert on the www. pages.
The plages and pedestrian routes around them are fantastic.
The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and super helpful. We were able to contact them anytime during our stay for questions and they always responded fast and thoughtful. The rooms were nice and each had a balcony. One day the host showed us his wine making process and even offered us a delicious homemade wine. The hotel is located in a more quiet and nice area in Kobuleti and there is a great restaurant in 3 min walking distance. We were very happy here!
The hotel is super clean and comfortable, close to the beach and main street with restaurants.
Owners are very helpful and take care of each guest like you are a family member.
Hotel is maintained for chill and comfortable stay with all required facilities. There is also a free airport transfer service, that is rare to have included.
Next time will definitely come here with the family for a long vacation.

Also the location of the hotel literally 30 seconds from beach 🏖️. 🍀
The location is very nice, just 2 minutes away from the sea. Very nice park nearby and there is a restaurant on the ground floor. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, very clean and tidy. Facilities were all functional and new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bonus part - the hotel is pet-friendly! Definitely bringing my dog with me next time.
Room was clean and comfortable. Beach is in 3-5 min walk (with almost no people). Small family house with some rooms for rent on the 2nd floor. You can use garden facilities such as bbq and dining tables. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. They also have a cute and clever dog :) Good to stay for several days in Kobuleti for reasonable price.
Bellmar was a very friendly, welcoming place to stay in Kobuleti. I spent a week on the top floor, with a balcony, and the room was perfect for what I needed. I do a lot of work online teaching and the wifi was good and there was a table and sofa which made it very convenient. Thanks again for your kind hospitality, I will be back one day 😊

The Hotel exceeded my expectations in all terms: facilities (comfortable, large and well designed rooms, pool, restaurant area), personnel (Natalia at reception is always helpful, the Lady at the restaurant is always smiling and welcoming), food, wine, wi-fi, location (close to the beach and to the convenience stores).
Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The hotel was fantastic and owner is very friendly and welcoming. Clean and bright rooms.The large windows provide a mountain and sea view. In my room there were two balconies. Close to sea and and the area around the hotel is very calm. Not far to Kobuletis centre.
We loved the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves from our room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is new (opened nine months ago) so the room is in perfect condition. It was larger than I expected and included a kitchenette with utensils for cooking.
We really enjoyed our stay in French Hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was very fresh, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a very nice balcony. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, very calm, no noise, very near to the beach.
