The room was lovely, breakfast was super tasty and the cocktails were incredible!
I stayed for a work event so we were there ready to start at 845am rather than drive 3 hours in the morning. Me and a friend chose to take the train on Friday instead- was easy to get to from the train station, rooms ready on arrival, a really good location to get Bolt taxi to shopping at the Trafford centre, a really good night sleep, lovely breakfast & they looked after our luggage the whole time we was at the event downstairs.

Breakfast was very good. Complimentary drinks was a nice touch, The window frames were a bit grubby which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

Paul on the bar/ restaurant was very helpful nothing was to much trouble.
The room very disappointed bed was so close to the wall was difficult trying to get in and out of bed to use the bathroom at night.
I accidentally bumped into the wall and hit my face due to been dark and disorientation and such a very narrow gap,
I also had hip problems so found it Evan more difficult getting pass the bed,
We did ask to upgrade to a bigger room however that was the Sam only 1m bigger so was not prepared to pay the extra £20.
USB does not work next to bed 209 got very hot next to dressing table.
Not to mention the hair dryer got so hot smelt of burning so did not use it ,luckily I had my own.

Worsley is a lovely village, but inaccessible on foot from the hotel. The hotel was very convenient for the RHS Bridgewater Gardens. We visited the Lowry Centre and took a boat trip round the Salford docks and the canal system and were amazed at the redevelopment of the area.

Clean room and bathroom, nice housekeeping staff.
Clean room and bathroom, nice housekeeping staff.
Poorly trained reception manager, reception staff and bar staff.
Breakfast first morning good,
Evening meal in bar overpriced and tables left with plates and glasses on them, staff did not tidy up and stood chatting, they could not pour a pint !
Lack of care for visitors, planned power outage not mentioned on arrival and we were missed out when messages put in rooms! Hence no warm breakfast second morning, showered in dark and couldn’t dry hair!
Apparently we should have read signs (which we hadn’t seen) Left feeling underwhelmed with breakfast issue not sorted ! Reception Manager emailed when we arrived home to offer less than the two breakfasts cost back, I rang and ended up getting a much better response from assistant manager and a better amount back, however I would not recommend nor stay again!

The hotel and golf course were great. Lovely walks nearby.
The hotel and golf course were great. Lovely walks nearby. Taxi ride from away from a large shopping centre.
Nice hot water for showers with lovely fluffy towels.
Only downfall was the price of their coffees that were half full (too much froth) but hey can put up with that.

We used the Worsley when we dropped off our daughter at university. The staff were very friendly. It certainly looks like a good place for golfers as an observer at the 19th hole. A swimming pool is always a bonus, and my wife liked the rest of the spa's amenities. The room was comfortable, and I would be happy to return. Only issue would be to ensure the full English breakfast is piping hot.
Smart hotel, very helpful and cheerful staff. Lovely swimming pool with spa, sauna and steam room. Lovely grounds, and the area is full of walking routes, including a walk down to the RHS gardens nearby. Large room super clean, with tea/ coffee. Will always stay at this hotel when in this area, it's really lovely. Free car parking.
Public areas were very well designed and nicely appointed. The bar area was well laid out and had a constant flow of guests. Lots of parking but also quick response to Ubers/Taxis if you need one. Hotel is perfect located for Manchester and the surrounding area.
We really liked the hotel and its location. Everywhere was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the air con was just right. There was a good choice of breakfast and everything looked inviting. Highly recommend.
The breakfast was great. I’m glad they didn’t shut down the Buffet at exactly 930, because I wanted to sleep in.
I chose the hotel because of the location, since I was going to the nearby RHS garden, Rosemoor.
The rooms were nice and spacious the hotel was in a easy to get to area just off the motorway and breakfast was very good. The bed was so comfy I didnt seem to move much in my sleep like I usually do at home.
Check in was very easy, and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious for being a standard room. It's a convenient location for the Worsley court house venue.
This wasn't the first time I've stayed at this hotel, so that must tell you something. It is a clean hotel, with onsite car park and it offers a great breakfast :-) It is great value for money.
The room & bed were extremely comfortable and quiet even though next to the motorway. Breakfast was equal to the very best that we have ever had at any hotel here or on the continent.
Big rooms, easy check in and out, hotel clean and well presented. Close to a couple of pubs and hotel bar easy for drinks. Bus stop from city centre drops off right outside!
reception staff nice - apologetic that the room did not full fill the description and photos in any way. error on website going live before the hotel had been upgraded.
