The food (in the restaurant) is very nice and the view from the restaurant is also amazing.
The hotel area is very quiet and away from high traffic. The rooms are super clean and the bathroom was very spacious and premium.

We had an excellent stay with Will and Stacey. Really comfy beds. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast amazing. Dinner in the Bistro was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring that part of the coast.

The breakfast was simple but still very tasty. I did wish it was available till 11 or 12 though, rather than 10
The beaches are fabulous in Woolacombe, very sandy and flat.
The beaches are fabulous in Woolacombe, very sandy and flat. It's a huge surfing place so there's always plenty of surfers about. The amenities in the town are great, plenty of places to eat and get an ice cream, and touristy shops too to get your postcards and gifts from!

As a family, we love Woolacombe and have visited many times.
As a family, we love Woolacombe and have visited many times. Our main reason is the fantastic beach and to go surfing. Everything is so clean and well maintained; the facilities are easily accessed, and everyone is very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat, whether it's lite bites, ice creams, waffles or a full meal, and we found a gluten-free diet was well catered for. Topping up on with groceries locally is easy and the bigger supermarkets in Ilfracombe are only a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful clean beach.
Beautiful clean beach.
Local amenities not too bad and remained clean even at the end of the day.
Very few food or take away options in town so long waits for food - 40 mins or more wait for fish n chips from local take away or over an hour wait for pizza truck.

I've been going to Woolacombe since I was four years old, and I'm now mid-30s... I'll be back there as often as I can be. It's a beautiful place to visit and I'll continue to for a long time to come.

Lovely if the weather is good as you cannot improve on a vast beach, which is safe to bathe, swim and surf - good life saving regime in place.
Woolacombe is reliant upon take away food facilities which are good but a little expensive.

Possibly one of Devons finest beaches.
Possibly one of Devons finest beaches. Great for boarders, surfers alike. Tide out and you have your rock pools. Dogs allowed in certain areas these being large areas of the beach so just dandy for all. Negative points are not many shops not many cafes restaurants compared to other by the seaside towns resorts and found to be quite expensive. Take a picnic is the answer if you want to save a pound or two. Great coastal walks, remember to pay for your parking otherwise you are likely to get a ticket.
Stunning location - beautiful vantage point overlooking Woolacombe Beach. The garden flat had a huge balcony perfect for sitting out and having a bbq and easy with a dog and toddler. Great facilities in the room, nice to have a sitting area and big bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely to chat too. We wished we could have stayed longer. the beach is perfect for kids and dogs, so clean and lots of places to eat and drink.
Warm welcome by the people at reception. The hotel is old , but good for 1-2 night sleep. Check-in time 4- 10 pm. The food counter was closed by the time we reached there @ 9 pm, but they were generous to served food, considering we had a toddler. Very kind.
We ordered lamb curry, rice & Nan. The food was very tasty, Kudos to the chef for cooking for us. Our stay was very pleasant, good sleep considering the hotel is on road.
Kitchen facilities were great and Kerry had left us all the basics which was so helpful. Instructions for things like hot water were clear, beds comfortable, garden lovely to look out on when raining and a treat to sit in for breakfast in the sun. We were a 6 minute drive from Woolacombe beach and could have walked down the back road if we could have faced the walk back up the hill.
Exceptional views out across the Bristol Channel toward Lundy Island. Whilst dining with huge picture windows, watching beachcombers and surfers in the little Sandy bay below. The spa was very good, steam room, jacuzzi and small pool, complemented by an outdoor swimming pool. Car parking was good. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with an excellent en-suite.
We had a lovely stay at Fairways. The property is in a nice quiet location, just a short drive from the beautiful beach at Woolacombe. Fairways is a real home away from home. The owners had provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. will be returning and definitely recommend it to all.
Nice and clean. Plenty of space. Excellent location with unreal views of the beach and sea. Nice little veranda too for when the weather's nice. In walking distance of everything you need. Definitely going to come back again next time I'm in Woolacombe.
lovely and spacious, bright and clean. All mod cons and overall a good stay in this property … would like a lamp in the living area and would have been nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom? but overall a lovely apartment
Flat was spotless on arrival - even left us some milk and tea bags ! Plenty of space, although the sofa / chairs aren't that comfy.
Really close to the beach, it's a great base for exploring Devon.
Very comfortable and clean hotel with lovely sea views, excellent breakfast and dinners from choice of restaurants, good car parking on 2 levels, easy access to resort and cheerful and helpful staff.
Liked the clever use of space, the comfortable bed, really good shower and the induction hob, being so close to the beach and coastal path, and having parking in such a prime location.
