Good pub one minute walk away, good store 2 minutes walk away, lovely walks around the village, good bus service. The only minor point is, outside the village the road surface in places will shake the fillings from your teeth. blame that on Devon County Council not Witheridge.

Small village with a few pubs and well stocked shops.

Small village with a few pubs and well stocked shops. Regular nights for specific eating such as a wood fired pizza van on Fridays (??). Great base for exploring Devon and beyond without having to stay in a more commercially (noisy) tourist area, beautifully quiet. Short hop to some great restaurants.
