ibis Carlisle City Centre, hotel in Westward

Ideally located in the historic capital of Cumbria, the ibis Carlisle is just 215 yards from Carlisle Citadel Train Station.

Great location; easy to find and convenient for public transport. Car park was spacious and quick to check in the car for the free parking. Really welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast plentiful, tasty and well cooked (although hashbrowns a bit rubbery after sitting a while). Rooms were sizeable with plenty of sockets.
