Lovely room, great size and facilities. Lovely decoration. Very warm and welcoming new owner as well as locals in the bar area. Delicious breakfast kept me going most of the day. Parking available at the rear. Definitely recommended.

the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff helpful but the room was so hot it ruined our 3 day stay and we left a day early and were very disappointed as we were looking forward to this holiday very much. We could not obtain any compensation at all. The wifi was also very poor indeed and the staff explained this was normal.

Interesting history, quaint village, great food at The Grasshopper on the Green. Very friendly. Hever Castle near by, Churchill House, Sevenoakes and not far from coastal points such as the historic Hastings.

Stayed at Westerham as it's close to National Trust property Chartwell and convenient for the M25. There are interesting shops and quite a few eateries but some closed on Monday or for refurbishment. Check before going. Can recommend Tulsi Indian restaurant.

The state of the Days Inn grounds did not bode favourable for the first impression of Westerham. The Council need to have words with them about the general upkeep and monitoring of the area outside the reception/parking areas of the facility. Westerham is a beautiful part of Kent I know the area well as I have grown up in the area. But if hotels\motels are not kept to certain standards this will have adverse effect on the whole area.

General impression was of a potentially lovely town spoilt by premise that were empty or in general need of improvement.
The town seemed in need of good hotels, restaurants and nice shops.
There is a nice Italian restaurant and shop.
There is plenty to enjoy in the vicinity, eg. Darwin's and Churchill's houses, and the Biggin Hill wartime museum and aerial activity.

The village has a beautiful statue of General Wolfe who was born here. At the bottom of the town is his home Quebec House, which is owned by the National Trust. The village has several restaurants and independent shops. Not far away is the lovely Hever Castle and Chartwell, the home of Winston Churchill.
Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet
Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel
Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all.
Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive.
Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.
Lovely location in centre of Westerham - good for exploring surrounding countryside and various National Trust properties. Nice little touches with milk, eggs and bacon in the fridge.
Spacious flat with plenty of sitting space. Very comfortable beds, all 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with good showers.
Private parking space.
Louana was very easy to access and responsive to our queries.
Cheap and convenient location, as it was only 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport.
If you approach from the west, you will need to come off the junction before and go down the country lanes, but your Sat Nav should take you straight there. Once you get to the back of the service station, you will need to call the hotel, as there is a barrier you need a code for.
What a lovely little find. The manager/owner was extremely pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect and modern. Had to go to the pub across the road for evening food and only wish the Bakery itself was open for this because it probably would've been much nicer. Will definitely look to stay again when i'm in the area.
Andrew and his staff were friendly and attentive. When there was a problem with WiFi in the room he made arrangements for me to take some important business meetings in another part of the premises. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas in the evenings was friendly. I was made to feel like a local.
In England for a family reunion and our location in Westerham was ideal as the majority of my family were staying in Sevenoaks, a 20 minute car ride away. Willow Cottage was very cozy, convenient and comfortable for myself, my partner and my daughter.
Highly recommended......thanks again Laura

The hotel is in an ideal area, the beer is great and food very acceptable. Breakfast was included in the price and you had a choice of hot and cold breakfast and pastries.
All staff were very friendly and if you had a query they sorted it straight away.
Oh yes and it was 2 pints for £6.00 on Wednesdays!
The welcome by staff, the cleanliness of the room, general areas, bedding etc..after 2 other nights in our travels this hotel surpassed any other for their high standards of staff and cleanliness..room was very comfortable, cups etc spotless..well done this was exceptional
Amazing staff! Nothing was too much, they were incredibly attentive and flexible with our large group of family and friends. Hannah in particular was one of the nicest and most helpful member of staff I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Very comfy beds, okay food, nice bar.
The location of Westerham was perfect for our requirements, which included visiting old haunts, and local places of interest (Titsey Place, Emmets Gardens). The hotel has a delightfully quirky feel.
I liked the style of the hotel. Big shoutout to the guy who was leaving his shift and ran back in to check me out and take payment for the breakfast as his colleague was stuck on the phone
An absolute gem! If only there were more hotels like this one. Genuinely putting the guest first to ensure a first class stay. Loved the bottle of gin in the bedroom! Great breakfast.
The room itself was nice on initial view. large room with a comfortable bed at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff all very nice and welcoming.
