Needed to be in Central London early morning so booked this place the night before. The property was spotlessly clean. It’s small but has everything you need. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was better than most hotels. TV had good options plus the wifi works well. The key is in a lockbox so no need to interact with the owners if that’s an issue for you, plus it allows a bit more freedom for arrival time I guess. Parking space outside plus free parking on the street which is useful. Plenty of shops and places to get food near by. I have booked this place again for in a few weeks time which tells you a lot. Recommended.

The property is in a nice, quiet area of London. The lobby is spacious, with a nice outdoor garden/porch to enjoy. The excellent staff goes out of their way to meet your needs, in a very professional manner. The desk clerks/management are in shirt and tie or female business attire. It is an interesting design, it sits in the middle of a block of row houses, all are kept quite neat and are in good repair. There are not a lot of pubs or cafes real close to the site, but about a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a road with almost every American chain/franchise restaurant (McD and BK are almost next to each other!) in England on it and at least two pizza joints along with the normal pubs and eateries. The hotel breakfast is a 'classic' English breakfast as a buffet, with baked beans, salad, Bangers, their unique bacon and everything else for a good price. The eatery is in the hotel basement, but is quite comfortable to eat in. The staff, including the food service staff and housekeepers were very friendly, and always willing to talk and/or help guests. We were very impressed by them. The rooms are small as many London hotels are but there is a small desk, and a large bathtub in the room, even long enough for me (almost 2 meters tall) to be immersed in water. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, but the halls are not wide at all. The elevators are fine, except they are supposedly limited to three people per lift. We had four in a lift every time we used them, and did not break the lift car. Other than the size of the room and a couple minor issues, this is the best hotel we stayed in. If we return to London we will stay here again, hopefully in a larger room!
Norfolk Towers Hotel is a 2-minute walk from Paddington Train Station, with access to the Heathrow Express 15-minute service and links to the main landmarks of the city.
