Beautiful, histiric building full of character, tastefully renovated. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and helpful, friendly host.

This was a very scenic rural hotel in Wigton. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and they still made sure someone was there to check us in. And they allowed us a late check out as we had arrived late. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice hotel, room was decent size but the bed wasn't comfortable (made some awful noises when turning over). Evening meal and breakfast was average pub grub. Very expensive for what we got. It was missing the little details.
