What a lovely stay at the hotel and used the bar, gym and swimming which were excellent. The location was great and the staff were very helpful

Because of Covid 19 unable to use restraunt. Breakfast brought up to your room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. As we were visiting family we didn't eat locally, bit there are places local, or you can go into Bury ot Central Manchester.
Mary the receptionist could not do enough for you. She was welcoming and efficient. She ordered taxis for us which arrived promptly. The Hotel was very busy with a wedding, but other staff were also helpful making sure everyone was arrended to. Staff were also clearing up confetti which had blown in due to the wind so were doing their best to keep the Hote tidy..Bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent.
The room was fine. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. It was freshly cooked and came piping hot. Too many hotels we've stayed in served lukewarm breakfast at a breakfast bar. The staff were very friendly. The room was quiet, there was good blackout and we were able to open the window.
I came last last night very upset after leaving another hotel after it been horrible . I was feeling poorly and a really nice man brought me sandwiches to my room . think hes my hero thankyou x
