The property is a stunning step into an historic era. Parts of the hotel are 600 years old. Our room was modern and clean with a private patio. The staff was outstanding. Shout out to Rebecca, our server for 2 memorable meals. I’m not a spa person but the facilities were gorgeous! We really felt we booked the best hotel in the Cotswolds.

Self check-in process was easy, the location was great, it was very clean, and they gave us a complementary room upgrade. No complaints, I would stay here again!

I had an upgrade without any extra cost. The room I got to stay in was amazing and so was the view from the balcony. And very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Town and cottwolds, castle so lovely. 2 supermarkets to be found within short walking distants.
