Beautiful setting next to the river trout jumping for flies the room was lovely no television but with country sounds we didn't need one the breakfast was fantastic and big shout out to Liam who sorted our taxi out for the races we recommend the walk behind the mill so much wildlife

Bert and Jeffrey the Cat were superb, kind and generous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Bert even used his private car to give us a lift to the local town for buses and trains; We will certainly be back. The location is ideal for visiting the Slipper Chapel Shrine which is just across the field, and it is an easy walk along the Pilgrims Way into Walsingham. I would highly recommend Jeffrey's to anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable rural space. Additionally, the scenic double-decker bus route from Kings Lynn to Fakenham via Hunstanton and Wells stops right outside the gate every hour, daily.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and because of having our own corridor it felt like a small apartment. The breakfast was excellent as was the Dinner we had on our first night.
