The staff member who checked us in was super helpful, she even popped down and put the heating on for us before our arrival because the temperature had dropped. The room was exactly as shown and was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We didn't hear anything from the restaurant/bar and we stayed on a Saturday night.

Hotel is spotless and had the best nights sleep on their beds. Overall, an excellent place to stay, good value for money, 5-10 minutes from loughborough town centre and plenty of attractions near by.
