Good value for money and child friendly. Given the high footfall of children there were more stains in the carpet than I would have liked, but it wasn't that off putting. I would stay again but not eat at the pub.

Plenty of space in the room. Bathroom bedroom and liveing room. Was clean and relaxing. Not too much noise from other guests either.
Spa facility was nice relaxing quiet during are visit.
Reception was nice beutifull flowers at the front and always smelt nice when walking through to enter or leave.
Not much of a golf player but other guests seems to enjoy that part of the experience.

Amazing property. Oli, the owners’ son was lovely and helpful. I don’t know what we were expecting but this property exceeded our expectations and I can understand the high ratings. So spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen, plus the gardens, we loved it. Wish we had booked it as a base for a week to explore Hampshire. We were only passing through so just staying the one night.
