Incredibly charming room. Really well put together, amazing tiny book selection in case you didn't take your own reading. Staff friendly and helpful and the hotel is jam packed with traditional character while being well appointed and modern.

Comfy and cozy with everything we needed, located in a nice village in a great location.parking was fairly easy to find. Great nights sleep in a quiet room and was warm. Tea and coffee options with additional biscuits and the toiletries were a really nice touch. Shower was warm and really powerful.
Clean, comfortable and private. Had everything you could need. A home away from home. Highly recommend.
Favourite activities: Knepp Estate, Seven Sisters Cliffs Walk.

It was shut. As I pointed out to you in correspondence recently, all indications said the hotel was closed . You sent to me OYO’s message to me , looking forward to seeing us. That OYO hotel is no longer on their website of hotels in England. No doubt they will take our money. I would appreciate it if you could do everything possible to repay the money to us. As a result we had to seek a hotel at very short notice and paid over £150 for an average hotel.
NOTHING - ITS DERELICT!
On arrival the ‘hotel’ is a closed up derelict building with a 1 foot high pile of mail on the doormat. I was advised by staff in the nearby pub that its been closed down since January 2022, as such we didn’t see our booked and confirmed twin room, but none of this stopped them from taking the full amount from my account.
Be aware - if this is still listed this is a scam!!!
Everything about the people who were looking after us. Jenny & Andy were amazing. Weve never felt more welcome. Our Cycle from Winchester to Storrington took a bad turn with a broken bike.
Eventually we made it to Pincroft Barn @ 11pm. We were broken but Jenny & Andy looked after us.
Excellent cosy accommodation. Lovely living room / bedroom with a well ( but unneeded by me ) equipped kitchen and a wonderful shower. Normally stop in hotels but this made an excellent change for me. Also ideal for a week away for a couple. Host was very welcoming.
Special quiet location, very welcoming hosts, all general requirements covered. Nice soft wash towels provided, fan during a very hot night kindly provided. Cute alternative to a bland hotel and kitchenette make staying a few days a little home from home.
Although it was relatively small the room was comfortable, with good facilities and plenty of storage. The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of the village but offered free on-site parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Storrington is a lovely place with a nature reserve to walk in, all the shops you need. The locals were friendly, the Inn and restaurant served excellent food.
Switched to an alternative hotel which can barely be called a guest house. Extremely unhappy with my stay and will be asking for my money back unfortunately as it was nothing at all as we had booked. Terrible!
Hotel has a retaurant and a bar on site. This Hotel provides good value for money but do not expect a high quality venue. The Hotel is still provides excellent value for money and I would use it again.
Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable. Easy parking behind hotel. Good location for South Downs. Italian dinner was very good. Reasonable buffet cooked breakfast.
