Bedroom was large and comfortable. The room unusually had two comfy chairs. Located a stones throw from the Thames. Corridors smelt fresh and the room was clean. Breakfast was superb. An excellent choice of hotel.

The Swan is in a lovely location beside the River Thames with a little walking path just below - about a 20’ish’ minute walk to Runnymede where the Magna Carta began its life! Our room was sweet with a little balcony overlooking the River. The pub/restaurant downstairs carries quite a nice selection of alcoholic beverages, cider and ale with snacks to enjoy as well as a nice dinner menu. There are tables inside with views of the River as well as spots to sit and watch the boats, ducks and swans glide by. We were warmly welcomed, check in was stress free and all of the staff lovely. It’s also a short walk from the train station and very close to Heathrow Terminal 5. We’d recommend The Swan to anyone visiting the area.
Staines Riverside by Charles Hope is set in Staines, 9 km from Thorpe Park, 10 km from Windsor Castle, and 11 km from Hounslow West.

We liked the decor, the apartment was lovely and clean and also that you supplied toiletries which smelt lovely. Also tea and coffee provided great after a long journey before getting your own supplies.
We meet the cleaning lady and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

I was upgraded to a Suite and it is honestly the QUIETEST hotel I have stayed in, and I travel a lot. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Really had a relaxing night before flying on a business trip.
Located just 5 minutes’ drive from London Heathrow Airport, the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Heathrow is decorated with glass chandeliers, an ornate marble staircase and striking Eastern artwork.

Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames.
Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames. Staines Town shops are poor. Plenty of eateries everywhere. Interesting buildings if you look for them, but shopping is going downhill fast. I used to live here & notice the difference. If you love the river, you will like Staines-upon-Thames & you can walk a long way on the path.
This was self catering so no breakfast included.
The property is an excellent size very close to Staines mainline station. There are shops within walking distance and everything is close by.
The property is well equipped and I was able to cook my own food with ease. Fridge freezer, microwave oven and cooker all included. The apartment is huge and would be ideal for a traveling couple who wanted to explore the nearby area. Overall excellent and Joseph was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
Room 300. The king size bed was comfortable, and the room a good size. The overall cleanliness was very good. The bed had been remade every day when we returned. Breakfast was a very good standard, and there was a good choice. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is ideal for walking into Staines. I recommend the Chinese restaurant in town. It serves a buffet which includes a fantastic number of starters, mains and desserts, including a chocolate fountain! Delicious.
Everything! The room was well presented, clean and full of plenty of choices for breakfast from a variety of cereals, croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurts, and lots of choices for drinks, both hot and cold. It was just wonderful, better than a hotel room as everything was on tap, no hassles or stresses!
The host was just lovely, too, and so helpful that she's literally thought of everything. Which made the whole stay just perfect!
Fabulous apartment in Staines with top notch facilities.Spotlessly clean, with toiletries , tea , coffee and even a washer dryer. Very handy for Twickenham (short train journey) and nearby to lots of pubs and restaurants in Stains itself . We only stayed one night, but we will be back when it that neck of the woods .
Great location close to centre of Staines but handy for M25 and for visiting local attractions.Modern well equipped apartment with secure parking(real bonus in this area),spotlessly clean and host(Linda)very helpful from initial booking and through our stay.Definitely would recommend
The location in Staines was great. It was very near High Street and right around the corner was a fantastic food court. The house itself was spacious and comfortable and the facilities well kept. Finally, the service was amazing, questions were answered promptly.
Idilic hotel with wonderful views over the Thames. Perfect location for all of Staines sights and activities. Right next door to the renowned The George. Staff most attentive, extra condiments not the slightest problem. Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay
Extremely helpful and friendly staff
couldn't do enough for us.
Hotel restaurant and bar areas all to the highest standard in cleanliness
Breakfast excellent
Evening dining Excellent
Also front of house excellent 10/10
Attention to detail- amazing self serve continental breakfast. Spotlessly clean and calm and quiet. This is by no means a hotel - it is an awesome BEd and Brekkie- but it puts almost all hotels to the test.
Well appointment flat, easy check-in, very helpful and communicative management, excellent Wi-Fi, convenient location within easy walking distance of the high street and train station, and comfortable beds.
i love everything about the House Owner, She's polite, kind Hearted &&& Helping by nature! Must Book You'll get each n every lil facility over there which you usually don't get in the Hotel...!!!
The room was more spacious than expected with a large bath area. The dining and pub were also classic with a nice river front view. Definitely recommend for a quite stay near the airport.
Very nice place to stay in staines. Just a few steps away from train station which made our journey to central London very convenient. Check in is easy too. Apartment is very clean.
Good location, walkable into Staines. lovely large room with big bathroom and biggest bed I’ve ever seen! very clean and it was in a quiet location within the hotel.
Home away from home! All the amenities included that you need from tea and coffee to washer/dryer. Lots of space. Never a problem to park unlike local hotel chain.
