The location worked for us since we needed to be in South Ockendon. It was just around the corner from the people we were there to see. The house was clean and tidy, had just enough space, and served us well for the five nights there. The hosts were both lovely and very accommodating—they clearly wanted everything to be perfect, and this was demonstrated by their excellent customer service. Nothing was too much of a bother, and they responded swiftly whenever we needed anything. I really couldn't fault them for attentiveness and friendliness. There were sufficient consumables in the property. Although there was no dropped curb, we could still park the car in the paved front garden, which was very handy. We had a limited budget, and this property was one of the cheaper ones available, so the price was right.

The breakfast was excellent with great choice of food.
The beds were very comfortable and the linen crispy white and soft.
Everything was very clean.
The staff as we checked in were very friendly, so was the same young guy on shift on Sunday morning.
Campanile Hotel Dartford is less than a mile to the M25 - Dartford Tunnel. Bluewater shopping centre is within 3 miles, whilst Lakeside shopping centre is 5 miles from the hotel.

Location was perfect for my job,it was a great stay.
The room was quiet,the bed was comfortable and
the room was clean and smelled fresh.
The bathroom was clean and the shower was great.
The breakfast was superb with a good selection to choose from.
The evening meal Menu was limited but there is something for everyone
All in all a great stay.

The room was a good size with useful features like USB sockets for charging our mobiles on both sides of the bed. This makes a nice change as you don't always get that.
I liked the bar/ restaurant general atmostphere, but I do have a negative about it too which I will put below. We were both glad that we chose to book for dinner later though. The restaurant staff worked really hard, absolutely non-stop, they do you a huge credit. There was also a chap singing in the restaurant area, and we both wanted to say how good he was, not a bad singer.
