Clean room, bathroom & sheets. All staff were very cheerful and helpful. Really good selection at breakfast with non dairy milk options available . I didn't use the spa facilities so cannot comment.

Stade Court is an amazing location on the sea front at Hythe, opposite a lovely beach (popular with early-morning swimmers) and next door to an excellent restaurant (the Waterfront). I think it dates back to the 1930s and has charming split-level rooms on the upper floors; the narrow stairs wouldn't suit everyone but we love these rooms. Comfortable beds, friendly & efficient staff, prompt resolution of minor glitches (e.g. we've run out of soap - replaced within a couple of hours). The sea views are fabulous.
