Staff were all very friendly.
Dinner was particularly good. We enjoyed a selection of small plates ( tapas) which were very tasty and showed a skilled chef. There was live music and a very good atmosphere.

The decor in the hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious especially the evening meal and the staff were superb especially Callum the hotel manager who was welcoming, attentive and very helpful.

The location is excellent within walking distance and very central to the town centre. There is parking for £12 a night and EV charging facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an old building and has character and a lovely reception area. It also has a restaurant which we didn't eat at but would definitely next visit as it seemed very popular with excellent reviews. We would return and stay again as the room rate was very competitive.
