The room was cute, we liked how it was decorated, the place is convenient in the middle of town and the use of local products in the bathrooms is also a nice touch.
We travelled on a motor bike so eating locally is important.
We travelled on a motor bike so eating locally is important. We tried two of the three pubs and enjoyed the food at both. We would like to have walked from the property but this wasn’t possible, which was a disappointment.

We loved our visit. Beautiful little self contained space! Dinner in the pub next door, a superb meal. Breakfast in the morning was delivered to us, it was great too. Many thanks for a lovely overnight stay. Would like to revisit one day and may be stay longer. Lovely outdoor space to sit if the weather is good and very friendly host too!
Breakfast at White House Country Inn is excellent, served by very helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable but are a little dated, however, we were informed that the owners had bought it fairly recently and are in the process of improving the rooms. the downstairs area has already been completed and is very good.
Evening meals are also excellent with a good range on the menu. To sum up, nice hotel, excellent location for walking the Beacons and very good staff.
