Everything, just be warned we stayed Thursday, it is there in the welcome email that there will be loud music as it is above a working bar, other than that perfect!
Striking and modern, The Marquis of Granby is a former village pub that offers contemporary dining and chic rooms, all amid beautiful Kent countryside near Dover, Folkestone, Canterbury and Ashford.

Lovely stay! Beautifully decorated room, wee bit crowded for two or I’d give it a “10.” The staff was DELIGHTFUL and very accommodating. Good breakfast!!!
Would definitely recommend!

great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/...
great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/routine and time to take stock of life. We;d hoped to enjoy visiting the local beach and do some coastal walks ........ but the persistent horizontal rain put paid to that so fortunately we'd brought some sporty gear so could make good use of the gym. The property charges £10 for being shown the equipment in the gym ( compulsory ) which i did think a little cheeky but if it prevents time-wasting and meaning the gym is only being frequented by people actually wanting to use it then maybe its a good thing

Booked a room at the hotel , went to check in to find out we were double booked and no room at Hotel. was put in a caravan, a dirty caravan with so many spiders on the ceiling. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all. Facilities weren't nice restaurant had stains all over carpet. Not a good place to keep kids entertained. Really needs some money put into site.

We had to charge room in the middle of the night as there was a baby crying for 2 hours. I called the security manager (John) and he assisted us. He checked to see if there was any rooms available. We changed room and the service was amazing. I checked out late too.

The site is nice and the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The on site restaurant is ok although choice is limited for main meals. The first day no breakfast was available as the chef was sick. So we had to drive into Dover. It mucked up our schedule a bit but not the end of the world. Great location for exploring. The South Forland lighthouse is worth a visit. A little trek to get there from the road, but worth it. The main promenade of Dover is ok and also the same with Folkstone. Visit Samphire Hoe just between Dover and Folkstone. Beautiful scenery, the pebbly beech and the amazing cliffs right in front of you.

St. Margaret's Hotel is a kind of vacation village/camping that includes also different rooms as an hotel. The place is really typical and just 15 minutes far from the Dover port. It's a perfect place where to stay for a night on the way to London, or for more days if you wanna relax. The surrounding offers beautiful cliffs, just go to the beach of St Margaret.
The check-in could be 24hours, the place offers comfy rooms, restaurant and pub area, playground for kids.
Staff nice food ok place is overall quiet and clean hotel ok but very noisy children shouting but not really their fault as echoed along corridors. A lot of banging of door's park is very good as a lot of property is privately owned. Not a very good shop and don't sell papers at all also no arcade for children there is a small softplay and some sort of club for little ones swimming pool and gym but needs booking before you go the website says
The hotel is a part of a larger camping area with mobilhomes around. Surroundings are fine but nothing really special for a camping of this sort. Nice calm place in a village. The room was decent, of a decent size and clean, nothing bad to say. The restaurant serves decent English breakfast with variations and option at a reasonable price. The bar is a typical village pub with locals watching footbal at the evening.
My partner and I stayed only for one night in this hotel. The hotel is in a nice holiday accommodation village with houses and caravans to let and Spa/pool facilities. The area is very quiet and off from main roads (no noise at night). The bedroom is warm and comfortable: good size room with tv, kettle (some tea and milk provided), luggage bench and hanging rail.
friendliness of staff. too tired to explore the Areal but imagine lovely on top of the cliffs. stayed in the hotel and unavoidable that children were noisy enroute to restaurant.
location is fantastic, the food was really good especially breakfast. the main part of the hotel room was clean, modern and well equipped. friendly staff.
