Everything would have been what I'd expected for £100 a night, twin room - but that's not what I paid.

Great experience, went to see grandson in show, but decided to stay overnight. Great place to walk round, nice architecture and variety of shops - scotney castle 10 minutes away
One on the best places to eat from all places I’ve visited - the grill restaurant at the barn. Excellent food and great value, if I lived locally it would be weekly visit without a doubt.

Pleasant town for sight seeing.
Pleasant town for sight seeing. Good transport facilities by local transport. There are a reasonable number of eating places and the usual Coffee chains offering refrehments. The Pantiles is the usual visiting spot for small shops and antiques. There is a central Railway with connections all over the country. Has bus and taxi services too. There is a local library in the town centre with an interesting museum. There is an extensive shopping mall as well. There are some parks and some hills that could be explored, all near the centre of town

It is a very interesting town.
It is a very interesting town. There are many fascinating buildings dating from the Georgian period, including the Pantiles.
The shopping area, although small, has several quality outlets.
The general vibe of the town centre is very good especially at night.
Of course, Tunbridge Wells is set amongst beautiful Kent countryside.
A great place to visit.

Despite the early morning cleaners - the noise was intolerable and we could have done with a lie in, considering we didn’t have to check out until 11 - we left by 9! We only had one night booked but expected more . For the price, breakfast should have been included .

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and we’re very pleased with everything we found there. A very clean, quirky, quiet hotel with great decor, very friendly polite staff and our room was perfect ( superior king room). The breakfast was great, hot and very tasty! I would highly recommend The mount edgecumbe hotel.

We were greeted at this lovely cottage conversion by our host, who explained where everything was and what to do in the event of anything not working or other questions. The exceptionally well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook an evening meal and breakfasts. The two single beds were very comfortable and wfi included was useful to find things to do and see.
The property is within a short walk of the Pantiles and the town, and is a good base for trips to many National Trust properties such as Chartwell.
If you want to stay in Tunbridge Wells, this hotel is very well-located on the Pantiles, and an easy walk from the station and near some bars. The breakfast was very good and the staff were conscientious about allergens. There was a concierge into the early hours of the morning. Décor was great too. Late check out time of 11 is handy. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to come back to the area. Image is of the beautiful ceiling in the breakfast area
Nothing to like about this Hotel it was an absolute dump, paid £506 to stay 3 nights dirty, grubby, run down with noisy dogs barking at all hours it’s a dog hotel also which we didn’t know when booking. Breakfast was poor and cold definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone it’s a disgrace that they charge so much for this run down hotel
the hotel was easy to find and had a nice large parking lot. they have a bar and restaurant on site which was quite nice. the room was cozy and bed co for table. we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. the staff was outstanding. I was surprised by the large selection on the menu at dinner.
Lovely hotel. Nice Building in nice grounds. Quite quirky decoration.
Very nice bar and restaurant. Delicious food. Good selection of wines and beer. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bedroom and bathroom quite small but very well finished. Comfortable bed- mattress and pillows.
Anand lodge is a budget hotel but in it's class it is one of the best I've stayed in. It is what you might expect, functional, everything works, but the room was small and with limited storage but as I said, it is what it is.
I always like to stay at Hotel du Vin wherever there is one, as the rooms are reasonably priced, the hotels are dog friendly, and the rooms are interesting with nice decor. The bathrooms are always the best feature.
We liked that the hotel had character and history. We loved the grounds of the property. We loved the bathtub in our bathroom. It was also nice to be able to see the property from the small window in our room.
All staff very helpful and friendly particularly the manager. Food excellent. Bedroom quirky design. Very comfortable. Hotel convenient for accessing town centre. Quiet. Excellent walk-in shower.
Great central location, and lovely looking hotel, bar and restaurant area. Staff were excellent and the evening meals I had were also very good. Room was a good size, and had all the facilities.
The location was excellent a short walk from the town centre. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We liked that there was a fridge and microwave. The cooked breakfast was excellent.
Modest hotel, with very nice staff. Dated furnishings but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very conveniently located for the town centre with easy access to the surrounding countryside.
Very lovely hotel right in the heart of the town, excellent location for the Pantiles. Nicely furnished bedroom and very nice bathroom with a rain shower and ceiling speakers.
The room was very large and relatively quiet. Great view into the park. The bathroom was HUGE and the rain shower had amazing pressure. The hotel bar made great drinks!
Lovely setting and the cottages are newly built, so was very clean.
Access to washing machine and dryer.
Pet friendly (cottages only, not in main hotel).
