Pros:
The place looks exactly like the pictures, providing an accurate representation.
Good Wi-Fi connection for seamless internet access.
Clean sheets and towels, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable stay.
Spacious bedrooms, offering ample room for relaxation and storage.
Nice hot water consistently available for a comfortable experience.
The host is a good communicator, providing clear and prompt communication.
Convenient location with nearby shops, entertainment options, and a park.
We didn’t see much of it as we were at a wedding.
We did however have Dinner and Breakfast and it again was excellent.
It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful building. The decor in the restaurant was beautiful.
Apparently the original owner built the dining room for a young daughter’s birthday.
There is also an extra area that is cordoned of, however can be opened for more diners or a private party.
The reception bar before dining is enchanting old pub style.
We are looking to go back for another weekend in December as a treat.
We hope Chris will be on reception to meet us too!

Shops, bars and restaurants.
Shops, bars and restaurants. River runs through the town centre under the road which is opened in parts so that you can see the river. The Flying Horse pub has excellent food with great choice on the menu and reasonably priced. Great choice of unique ales on offer too.

Rochdale is a charming town that pleasantly surprised me...
Rochdale is a charming town that pleasantly surprised me during my visit. It boasts a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The town's rich history is evident in its beautiful architecture, like the stunning Rochdale Town Hall.
I particularly enjoyed exploring the local markets, which offered a variety of fresh produce and unique artisanal goods. The warmth and friendliness of the locals added to the town's welcoming atmosphere.
Rochdale's green spaces, such as Healey Dell Nature Reserve, provide a peaceful escape from the urban hustle and bustle. Additionally, the convenient transportation links made it easy to explore neighboring areas.
All in all, Rochdale offers a delightful mix of history, culture, and natural beauty, making it a destination worth exploring.

Rochdale exceeded expectations with its convenient location and warm atmosphere. The flat's comfort and thoughtful amenities, coupled with Muhammad's exceptional hosting, made the stay truly memorable. While parking could be a slight challenge, the overall experience was exceptional. A definite recommendation for anyone seeking a cozy home away from home.

Nice looking town we were going on the train at Bury, East Lancs Railway and the accommodation was nicely close and in the countryside. It was so quiet overnight not a sound. Didn’t have time to eat or look round the town but the meal on the train was excellent

Rochdale gets a hard time in the press. Its unfair.
Rochdale gets a hard time in the press. Its unfair. I am not from Rochdale (I'm from Newcastle) but have relocated here due to personal circumstances. First of all, there is some wonderful countryside 15 minutes drive from the town centre. There is the lovely Hollingsworth Lake, 10 minutes away, with a lovely carvery pub, amusement arcade and fish and chip shops. In the town centre, there is the "Riverside" development - lots of new shops, bars, restaurants, cinema. You don't need to travel to Manchester to get what you need anymore. The rents here are cheap and if you work in Manchester the train takes only 20 minutes max
Property is easily accessible & have everything which is necessary for a serviced appartment to spend few days, no wardrobe but have got open stands to manage clothing.
Huge Availability of big stores like, M&S, TK Max, Aldi and asian shops along with restaurants around.
Connectivity wise property is at the heart of Rochdale.
Overall an ok experience with the property.
I had a brilliant stay, the apartment is lovely and bright and modern with everything I needed. Fabulous views and very peaceful. The bed was so comfortable and I want to know where the pillows were from!! I came up from Devon to visit family and would definitely stay there again. So much better than a hotel room
The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and the bed very comfy. Great shower too. Location is great for access to North Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale etc., since hotel is close to main road. Staff are excellent - couldn't be more helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for more! Breakfast was very tasty.
It’s a great property with two large bedrooms and three bathrooms offering families lots of space. Afull kitchen dining area and family room in a spectacular location. the perfect getaway. Nigel and Stephen are great hosts and are on property should you need anything.
It is a lovely spot in the Lancashire countryside. we didn’t have a car but managed on foot(long walks) and cabs. There are a few buses nearby. Our room was spotless and the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were appreciated.
Check-in was smooth, extensive breakfast offerings, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good, hotel ambience was calm and warm, good quality bathroom/shower facilities, room was good value for money.
Breakfast was actually quite nice but very limited. No option for eggs, fried egg or nothing.
Staff were nice.
Hotel windows and grounds were lovely. Great location
Breakfast was excellent. Location just a couple of minutes from Rochdale metro/tram terminus, and the town centre.
I didn't realise the hotel was so new, super!!!!
Louisa & nyle from the reception were very cooperative and kind , many thanks for Louisa❤️ Exceptional location , close to the rochdale interchange and city centre
