Great value and super location. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was newly decorated and spotless. It was a basement room but well lit and the window looked onto an ivy covered wall and had a translucent blind and a second full blind - all very nicely decorated. I was only staying for one night but the small kitchenette in a cupboard provided everything you might need for a longer stay (fridge, hot plate, microwave, sink, kettle). Also tea, coffee and milk provided.
Located just 5 minutes’ drive from London Heathrow Airport, the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Heathrow is decorated with glass chandeliers, an ornate marble staircase and striking Eastern artwork.

Nothing if the customers service is poor the rest is poor, unhelpful was they threatened me for the picking up car to wait just 15 minutes, and refused to validate the picking car from the hotel, and we may get a fine for that

Been in London 4 times before, this gem was the most value for money hotel in London. Located in Hammersmith, which is connected with three metro lines to Lodnon PLUS directly connected to Heathrow with Piccadily line. Fantastic price for a four bedroom with breakfast (for London terms) and personel very polite and helpfull. They changed every day towels which was a plus. I missed the cheese from the breakfast and coffee was not to my taste, apart from that (price wise) super. Also a very convenient neighborhood, with diners, malls, super markets, coffee shops with reduced prices compared to central London. 100% recommended for London hotel.

The flat is very hot and unfortunately the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms do not open fully due to positioning of the tap in the kitchen and the blinds fitted in the bedroom. It was just unfortunate that we were there during a mini heatwave.
The bathroom is very spacious and decorated tastefully ,the shower/bath works very well. Kitchen is excellent for a few days of self catering.
Communication with the hosts was also excellent.
We had to return keys to a shop by St Margaret’s station which was fine as we had our car and therefore did not matter that it was not our direction to go home .
Would recommend and stay again .
