As Reigate old town and high street can get full of traffic,...
As Reigate old town and high street can get full of traffic, we recommend travelling into reigate by bus - or even walking from the Reigate Manor Hotel down hill - about 20 minutes. The town itself has some interesting buildings and is full of olde worlde charm. THere is a castle and some pleasant parks as well as good shops and Pubs or restaurants.
WE had Sunday lunch at our hotel which was an excellent carvery with good waiting staff.

Lovely place for people who enjoy hiking&nature.
Lovely place for people who enjoy hiking&nature. Reigate Hill and Gatton park are amazing for a long, relaxing walk and the view is amazing. In terms of shopping or sightseeing, there isn't much - just your classic UK high street experience. Good place for a one-day getaway from London.

Nothing any good at the hotel but the town was very pleasant.
Room carpet was filthy. There was no bin to put waste in and we asked for one but nothing ever came. Window was filthy and had not been cleaned for months. We understand the hotel had just been taken over. We were told there was no chef when we arrived at the restaurant but the had a short menu who cooked it we do not know but it was very poor. We had Eggs and supposedly hand carved ham and something else which I cannot remember. It was cold and we left most of it. There was no breakfast in the morning and we could not get out of their fast enough the following morning. We had paid by voucher which was dearer thane originally booked and then they presented us with an invoice for £80 odd. You asked about having a television there was one but only BBC 1 and 2 worked. I wrote a review of another hotel I stayed in the week before in Wigan and that was bad and you said you would not publish it. If you do not publish this one I am likely to take further action.

I lived in Reigate from 1962 to May 2021.
I lived in Reigate from 1962 to May 2021. I have always loved Reigate. It is a wonderful place to live and is steeped in history. Henry VIII visited an old Priory in the middle of Reigate town and there are the remains of a Castle Keep with a semi dry moat. It has underground caves in the town to visit too. There is an enormous, beautiful park also in the middle of Reigate town that people from miles around come to visit. I do miss living here but I am now 5 minutes walk from the Sea.

Plenty of parking.Very friendly.
Plenty of parking.Very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, as we were attending a wedding reception elsewhere. Breakfast was good, but we were towards the end of the window and felt a bit rushed, as they were resetting the room for a lunch function. Perfectly courteous, though. Room was clean, light and airy and well equipped.

Nothing hotel old
Nothing hotel old
No updates, just a no star hotel for what i feel for truckers to night stop
The flagship!!!
Wouldn’t want to stay in there basic
Eg
When there I read a review, and as it was I stayed in the same room as a lady who had stayed there 3 weeks prior, in her review she said T V not working only 2 channels available
Clearly nothing done about it as still the same problem that’s just one example
I personally wouldn’t stay there again however cheap Z!!!
And in this climate really not Covid rules followed
The property is stunning, beautifully restored and just charming. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, friendly and very well trained. The restaurant was clean, well staffed, and the food was excellent. I am an ex hotel inspector, and old habits die hard, but honestly this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, you simply have to try this place. I’ll be back.
The hotel is easy to find, not far off the motorway with a large car park. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The bar meals were fine. It's not too far to walk into Reigate centre (just under a mile), and about 1km from the train station. It's also well placed for going up to Reigate Hill and the North Downs Way.
The room was clean and nicely furnished. I requested a quiet room away from the busy main road and the reception staff were able to accommodate my request. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as met family in Reigate for brunch both mornings.
Lovely functional property. All very clean and perfectly serviceable for our short stay… we were very grateful at having our last minute booking accepted as our bnb reservation elsewhere in Reigate was cancelled on our day of arrival!!!
It is difficult to identify a positive attribute. If I had to identify something in particular, the car park was close to reception and the room at the back of the hotel helped with reduced road noise. There is little else to add.
Everything, it was my home away from home, location A+++ across reigate train station, love the place definitely if I return to London I will stay here again. Photos and apartment as pictured
Nothing was good, I understand it was a cheap deal (£50) but the images on booking.com do not reflect the hotel at all, it was dirty and run down - i wouldnt stay here again ever!
I recommand these apartments, very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the team. I will go back and book for my friends when we go to Reigate again!
We stayed overnight after a wedding and the hotel was well located and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the room had a hairdryer and iron.
