Great value for money, very comfortable, clean, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were very nice, Matthew helped with a key card issue and we had nice conversation! Would definitely stay here again.
Consisted of of three Georgian town houses dating back to 1799, this charming, individual hotel in Ramsgate's historic garden crescent has amazing harbor and sea views. Two of the houses are...

Rained off on the Sunday and managed to cook a nice roast there .
Lit the fire, watched a movie pure bliss.
Would without doubt stay again.

Very attractive historic town, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Attractive harbour. Good location for exploring East Kent (Isle of Thanet in particular).
We visited local English Heritage sites (Richborough, Deal, Walmer) and did a tour of the Ramsgate Tunnels (all worthwhile).
The Weatherspoons (biggest in UK) was an experience!

Ramsgate is a mixed bag.
Ramsgate is a mixed bag. Sea front, marina and harbour are lovely, with some fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The town is quite rundown. OK, but not the best.. the new seafront build, I'm hoping, will help the rest come up market a bit more.
But I love this place!

Pretty harbour area and bracing clifftop walks!
Pretty harbour area and bracing clifftop walks! Great food at La Magnolia (evening meal) and Archive (breakfast), both by the harbour. If you are in to sewing, the Haberdashery is the most amazing place and not to be missed! Cheap fabrics and amazing supply of haberdashery - esp buttons galore!
Excellent location in a quiet road, and within walking distance of Ramsgate seafront and harbour, where there were plenty of things to do and see, as well as choice of pubs and restaurants.
The property had real character in terms of its decor, which made it different from your average place. Everything was there with regard to self-catering.
Never met the owner face-to-face, but Sarah made us feel exceptionally welcome before, during and even after our stay through messaging. She quiet clearly cares about any guests she has.
Lovely first Floor room Overlooking the bay (and carpark). Hot Shower. Great choice of breakfast (hot and tasty) but room locked rest of day so could not make use of balcony to have hot choclate, read abook , look at the wonderful collection of birds. 2 pubs across the road has resturant( good)and great views. Staff lovely very freindly and helpful.
Parking very useful. Great to location to visit Margate and Broadstairs by Car. Or from Ramgate station.
Excellent location on the harbour front. Very lively at night. Plenty of eating places nearby including Wetherspoons for breakfast (not available at the hotel). Parking outside and nearby. We had a family room which was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. Plenty to do in Ramsgate and the locality.
A good choice for a short stay in Ramsgate. A bit of a walk from the station but close to the seafront. Nice room and helpful guy on reception. Would likely choose again if staying in Ramsgate. The two best things to do are the seaside walk to Broadstairs and visiting the two Battle of Britain museums nearby.
We had a lovely relaxing time & the accomodation was one street away from the beach & suited us very well. Everything was a short drive away & Ramsgate has so much to offer holidaymakers of all ages.
Convenience shop & chippy literally round the corner.
From arrival to checkout everything was excellent 👍😁
An extremely spacious, clean and well stocked apartment.Particularly enjoyed sitting at the table in the dormer window. Easy walking distance to the centre of Ramsgate. Plenty of parking spaces nearby.
Stunning location. On the Seafront. Free parking. 10 minute walk to Marina, Pubs, Live music, Cafes, Restaurants & Amusements . Another short walk to a small high street. It was a great base to visit other Historic Coastal towns & Canterbury. 20 minutes drive approx.
The Staff were amazing. I was stuck in Ramsgate for an extra night due to a Train drivers strike. The Royal Harbour Hotel was full, but the night shift and day shift on reception were very helpful and managed to arrange another place for me to stay.
What a fabulous, historic hotel. The staff is amazing and the food superb. The staff was like family, we hated to leave. I would encourage anyone who is interested in the area to consider this fine establishment. It was like staying in a private club.
Lovely hotel in the backstreets of Ramsgate. Nice and close to the beach, up a quiet road. The breakfast was basic but nice, and as described. The room (room one) was very large and the bed very comfortable. All the staff were friendly too.
Great location between the Pegwell Bay nature reserve and the town. We were on foot, its walkable from the train station and Ramsgate harbour, and there's a bus. Two lovely pubs over the road from the hotel. Lovely breakfast.
The location is brilliant for exploring Ramsgate
Lots of milk tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits in the very spacious rooms
Lovely big towels comfortable beds
Really made very welcome and enjoyable drinks in the bar
Good location in the heart of Ramsgate. Close to the port and other beaches were within walking distance. Half the price of other hotels in the area at the time. Friendly neighbours who tried to help contact host.
A beautiful boutique hotel, lovingly renovated, with a relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoyed our weekend stay, with nice dinner in the restaurant, comfy bed, gorgeous cocktails and friendly and attentive staff.
The hotel is on a lovely street with lots of independent shops and very close to the sea front. It has a welcoming bar and restaurant area and the staff member who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.
A nice villiage hotel with a friendly local pub. except for a small mold problem in the bathroom which the landlord promised to fix this week all wasas clean and hospitable as one could expect.
The view was very good, looking straight on to the harbour. There was no food available in the hotel, but there were arrangements to dine at some local cafes.
