Wonderful old-world charm with our room overlooking the famous golf course. Loved this hotel. The atmosphere was that of a golfing club with rooms and spaces to meet and relax. Very close to the beach and the University part of the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Restaurant available for dinner and breakfast. Town and sights are an easy walk. Beach close by to walk along. Historic sights to see also.
Plenty to see in the town.
We had a family room which was very spacious with a lovely sitting area to enjoy the view.

Comfortable bed and sitting room, modern features, lovely setting
A wonderful place - we could happily have stayed 2 weeks!
A wonderful place - we could happily have stayed 2 weeks! Beautiful surrounding countryside, with friendly, kind and welcoming hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding - with organic and (a wide range of) locally sourced ingredients, and eggs from the hens clucking around outside! We loved our stay from start to finish. Fiona also recommended somel restaurants/bar food spots - all of them good.
Our room was Harvest - which has a standard double bed and which is very tastefully decorated and has an en suite shower room. The toiletries are luxurious and shower fab. We enjoyed the countryside location and the drives to the coast nearby and St Andrews and all the East Neuk of Fife villages... everything was an easy and very enjoyable drive away.
