A greatbplace to stay, exceeded expectations. In a beautiful countryside setting, the room was perfect, great ensuite. The continental breakfast was perfect, and that's from someone who always wants a full English. I would recommend this place to everyone. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was internet Room only. The price was £31 for the night, however when i checked in it was £32. I didn't bother to mention it because it was worth is. Who gets a night away for £32? There was £3 to pay extra for Parking which is a bargain.
Strange thing thought. When i got to the room i opened the wardrobe and there were 2 shirts in there form a previous guest. Not even my size or i would have had away with them.
All in all the pace is highly recommended. I will continue to use this hotel

There are plenty of places to eat and drink (especially if you are real ale fan). It is an easy place to get round. The community is buzzing and friendly. If you want to travel further afield, the transport facilities are great. Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St Annes are all within easy distance.

Poulton le Fylde has a lovely village centre with several pubs, wine bars and eating establishments but at the moment -
owing to road works, diversions & numerous temporary traffic lights - driving around the Poulton area is horrendous. Stay away if you don't want to get totally frustrated

Poulton is a lovely place to visit with many coffee shops, good Booths supermarket and lots of good bars and restaurants. The town is only a short drive to Blackpool or also a good location to get to many other northwest towns.

Nice little town with good facilities.
Nice little town with good facilities. There is a Booth's grocery store which was something different. Very nice church and churchyard. Easy parking. Relaxing and peaceful to wander round. Difficult to get postcards and the ones I eventually found were £1.50 each. They should do some postcards as there is a lot for them to be proud of.

This was my first experience of staying in a hotel on my own since my husband died two years FO
lovely location, lovely room with river view, lovely large shower and comfortable bed.
Very enjoyable breakfast, had full English both mornings, and enjoyed my evening meal both evenings
I opted to eat in the bar rather than the dining room
All the staff were lovely that I dealt with.
We only stayed overnight, after attending a wedding and had to leave early the following morning. We didn't have breakfast, but there seemed to be a good choice of cereals. However the tea, coffee, & milk was welcome. Booking & access was straightforward, and a more reasonable price than two rooms in a hotel for such a short stay.
The accommodation is excellent whith many extras not always found in larger hotels. There is a TV, fridge, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer and tea/coffee making equipment. The mattress is very comfortable. A comprehensive continental breakfast is provided.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The upscale interior design, the cleanliness of the apartments, and most importantly, right next to poulton le Fylde station. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good location.
