It's a great location, with free parking opposite the hotel. Restaurant, bar and breakfast were very good. The hotel is being refurbished and the seem to have finished the downstairs and reception to a very nice standard. Rooms were not refurbished (yet). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Port Erin is in a beautiful secluded cove, with a great sandy beach, nice coastal walks, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. You can take the steam train to the capital, or there is a good bus service. We had a very pleasant evening boat ride as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely bay and beach.
Lovely bay and beach. Several places to eat out, including the 'must have' fish and chip shop at a seaside location. Very easy to get around most parts of the island by public transport. Supermarket and a variety of other shops. Great ice creams.

Port Erin is a small seaside town with good pubs/ restaurants and a lot of activity centred around the beach. The Foraging Vintners bar on the beach is very popular and does good coffee during the day.
There is a steam railway which goes through beautiful countryside and coastal scenery all the way to the Island’s capital Douglas.
