Great location, parking in and around side street. Rooms were spacious, modern deco and clean. (Room 5). No breakfast included but Greggs vouchers provided to use in the shop nearby. Pub downstairs has a variety of lagers and beers with a varied menu for daytime and evening meals.

What an absolutely amazing place to stay! So well planned and have your own little balcony , toilets close by, the bed is really comfy! We will definitely be coming again for more then 1 night, at night time the skys are so nice to stargaze , in the morning waking up and listening to all the wildlife , I would 100% recommend to anyone for a little weekend away or longer! The were met by the owner when we got there and she was absolutely lovely, thank you so much for an amazing night away!

We stayed here for a little Christmas getaway and it was amazing! cannot recommend it enough.
Brilliant hosts, house was clean and tidy, beautiful welcome hamper when we arrived. The little touches like the hot tub and Christmas decorations really made a difference. House is equipped with everything you need.
