-It’s my 4th time staying there -Location a 2 minutes walk from Wembley Park underground station. It was the perfect location for the Shepherds Bush 02 for events as it is a stone throw away. Always perfect for shopping as in very close walking distance. The hotel & our room was very classy & clean. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

This place is to be avoided: Dirty, smelly, stains everywhere and look out for rats on stairs as you go down to breakfast, which was not worth it, food tasted like cardboard, eggs looked like puke, hashbrowns were toasted to burnt, I spat out everything I tasted and tried to rinse my mouth out with coffee that tasted like recycled puddle water!!! Btw hindu staff member that "welcomed " me was awful, no smile just a crocodile/devil grin, a smile is all in the eyes and tone of voice was awful. He was creepy with a girl before I saved her from home and he tried to pry into our lives, obviously lives with the breakfast rats. Anyway, after I checked out I went out to a cafe for a proper breakfast!!! Whatever you do avoid this "hotel"....its a HOTHELL and complete waste of money.
