Flat is modern and lovely interiors. Host Hannah reached out to check if we wanted to do early check-in which was good. She was very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Location of the flat is also convenient to all places close by.

Food and the chef was outstanding, much better than the establishment. Highly rate the food, good quality ingredients, presented very well. Great menu.

We loved out stay here! Welcoming staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. The view out our bedroom window of the patio and farm across the street was beautiful.

We were actually down because of a sick relative, but as could only visit for short time spent time around the town, some beautiful views, obviously at the seaside, easy to find way around with, we really just ate in the hotel as their food was excellent and very reasonable but from being in town there were plenty places to choose from to eat

Pembroke Dock is a friendly, beautiful Welsh port with many choices for restaurants and accommodation. Had a lovely huge breakfast at the Dolphin. Everything was within a 17 minute walk of the train station. The people were fabulous!

Pleasant town with an interesting history.
Pleasant town with an interesting history. The local people were friendly and helpful. There was a good corner shop very close by with larger supermarkets a short drive away. The local museum (a short walk away) was interesting with some good displays and the town is close by other attractions such as Pembroke Castle, Carew Castle etc and within reasonable driving of St Davids.

I worked on a contract here for six months in winter. It's a bit windy to say the least but the people around here are great. Freindly, helpful and the accommodation in the Dolphin Hotel was excellent.

Pembroke Dock is a commercial port and ferry terminal for Ireland. It is totally seperate from Pembroke town which was interesting particularly with the castle. The Beggars Reach hotel was across the river from Pembroke in the village of Burton. We ate in the hotel and the Jolly Sailor Pub by the old ferry landing stage. The food was good and the atmosphere convivial.
The property had very clear check-in instructions, and was located right in the city centre - meaning we skipped having to take a taxi to the hotel (definitely worth considering while booking).
Additionally, on a personal note - I checked in on a day where the weather around Pembroke Dock was a bit dodgy (a storm was forecasted). The owners allowed us to stay an extra 3 hours at the property. 10/10 for hospitality, would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay around Pembroke Dock at a very attractive price.
Fantastic property with everything you need. Home from home. The facilities were great ,clean and very comfortable. Great location, close to local shopping centre with supermarkets to choose from. Lots of good restaurants, takeaways, and fast food restaurants within walking distance. There are lots of great places to visit just a short drive away too. All in all, it is a brilliant cottage for a family holiday to West Wales. Thanks for the very kind welcome pack too, hopefully be back when in the area next time.
Good place to stay; pretty much in the town center. Very nice and friendly staff, even drove our vehicle around to the parking area ( which was very small). No elevator and three stories, so be prepared. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and well presented. If you like to dine "al fresco" they have a nice overflow, outdoor dining area. inside dining was a bit restricted but well worth waiting for. Definitely recommend.
We stayed in room 11 which is one of the deluxe rooms and it really was beautiful. So well thought out and a dream to stay in. We arrived late due to traffic issues but this was not a problem. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Not having a breakfast did not bother us as there's places nearby. Should be a 5***** hotel as we left feeling really good. Thank you so much to Lakeland.
Just about everything! An old pub/ hotel totally transformed boutique style by family. charming staff. restaurant in entrance to die for. vibrant. food presented with care and attention to detail. can honestly say of the 2 breakfast and two dinners eaten, not ONE mouthful of any course was a let down. menu choice excellent. complete value for money . will revisit in a heartbeat.
I had stayed in this property last year, on my first visit to Wales. it was lovely to see that the rooms got redecorated, but the high quality amenities remained. the room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom/toilet was always clean and tidy.
Will definitely stay here again if revisiting Pembroke once again! :)
The property has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. Particularly loved the secret door to the fantastic basement entertainment room. Pembroke Dock is an ideal location to base oneself for exploring the South West Coast of Wales. We had a lovely time and will certainly recommend Falcon House to others.
We realise that things have to be different with the pandemic resolving but there was no housekeeping. We had to get rid of our own rubbish. The hotel was a little tired with all the down time to be expected. But very tired. Garden was lovely staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The room was much bigger than expected (with a separate living area)and the breakfast was very good considering it was delivered to the room (due to covid). Extra milk, towels etc were readily available. Nice not to have to keep asking for things. The grounds were lovely too.
Grounds are stunning. Hotel is fun and quirky. Staff couldn't do enough and super friendly. The hotel was very clean, bathrooms really clean. Beds lovely and comfortable.
Fantastic at catering, and huge events rooms and lovely views.
the location is great — the guest house is on the hill with a great view of Pembroke Dock. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the only problem we had with hot water was efficiently and quickly addressed.
View outside is stunning. Young lad who looked after us was excellent, really welcoming and willing to chat. Room was adequate - its not a premier inn but you get that homely looked after feeling
Room was clean, beds were comfy and sheets were clean, shower was decent pressure and warm, staff very polite and helpful, parking was fine and plenty to occupy in the local area of an evening.
We didn't have any food at hotel as we ate elsewhere. The hotel location was pretty ideal and local to all amenities walking distance to shops. Staff were friendly and polite.
The food was fabulous. The best veggie burger I ever had and the best porridge in the morning. So glad I didn’t skip this area as the Coast Trail guide books suggest.
Location is ideal for walking this section of the Wales Coast Path
Apartment is well presented and comfortable.
Highlight is the private covered hot tub
