The area is great for visiting Ludlow and Craven Arms which are both only 10 minutes and able to stock up on food or have a lovely meal or just a coffee. Plenty of places to visit in the area . But nice to just relax as well.

Onibury itself a very small village (with no shop) but only a few minutes' drive to Craven Arms where there are pubs, shops and a petrol station. The farm is along a quiet lane with peaceful surroundings. Location is excellent for walking - Long Mynd, Clee Hills, Wenlock Edge, Stiperstones are short drives away. Several National Trust houses ditto. Stokesay Castle (English Heritage) and the Shropshire Discovery Centre both v close to Craven Arms. 5-10 minutes' drive to Ludlow Food Centre (farm shop and cafe) in Bromfield and Ludlow itself a historic town. Ironbridge Gorge Museum and Bridgnorth/Severn Valley Railway not too far for a day trip but a week isn't long enough to fit these in with so much to see and do nearer to hand!
