Good hotel for the price I paid can’t complain at all in fact will recommend and will be return customer for sure.
Entrance from the main road to the hotel is bit confusing but I am sure after one wrong turn it will be managed .
Breakfast was good had all the options available. Hot sausage Vegan option is available which I did not know at the time of stay. It would be nice to add halal sausage as well
Beds were comfortable very nice and clean room but body lotion can be a good addition to the collection.

Location was ideal for the conference.
Location was ideal for the conference. Lift was not working all weekend and being on the 3 Rd floor with mobility impairment was challenging. No prior warning that lift was not working on checking in and an offer to assist whilst dealing with another customer.
Poor customer service. Bathroom very small. One very small waste bin in the bathroom to discard everything including tea bags, another bin should be available

We didn't venture into Oldbury town centre as there was no need or time to do so, there is a Sainsburys' very close to the Domo that we used and we ate at a Greene King pub close by which served its purpose. It ideally situated for visiting Dudley, West Bromwich and other surrounding areas. The nature reserves at Sandwell were very pleasant for walking and picnicking.

Honestly this was a last minute booking on route to another hotel as part of a half term break. This hotel is bleak it’s very tired and in need of a complete refurb. We had to move room as the first was like a basement room even though it was ground floor, the shower and towels were mouldy and the sink drain had never been cleaned I can still smell the musty smell on my hands even though I have washed them repeatedly. There are limited lights in the original room giving it a dungeon feel.
The new room is clean and feels nicer as the ceilings are higher is still no great shakes. The double glazing is not fitted correctly and lets lots of draughts in and doesn’t stop any of the noise from the road outside I can literally hear every car going past, the curtains are also on their last legs.
The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever seen in a hotel and had been tiled by someone with their eyes closed.
The only positive are the staff who are very friendly and welcoming.

Really have to leave a review as this was an exceptional experience. Firstly the hotel rooms are fantastic. So well appointed with really thoughtful touches. Bed was so comfortable!! Check in was so easy and as I had a long day this was appreciated. Dinner was really delicious and served in my room which was a bonus as a solo traveller who was tired!! Breakfast was first class. Next time I need to stay in the Birmingham area I will be coming back!!
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in and out. Room was very nice with comfortable beds. No noise and place was clean. Car parking facilities available. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and given option to wrap up a plate for my plus 1 who couldn't get out of bed in time for breakfast service time after we had been out late in Birmingham to the early hours. .
