We had an early morning flight home and the location was very close to Heathrow. On checking in, we were about an hour early and were able to check into our room and drop off our luggage, so that we could return the rental car, without additional charges. The young lady behind the desk even came out to help unload our luggage. She also arranged our taxi to drop us off at the airport the following morning. Great service!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was rather hard, but that works for me. Others might not find it comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and having the carvery on site was great as we could just eat there after a long day and then just go to bed.
