We have stayed at Northop before and always enjoyed a very comfortable few days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good menu and delicious food. Excellent breakfast. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at Eastern Red, which was recommended by one of the staff ( my husband specifically wanted the best Chinese restaurant in the area).
The bar, hallway and restaurant had such wonderful character. The staff were very attentive at breakfast. The room was very good.
The hotel is a short drive to Liverpool city centre, Chester (Zoo and city) and also close to beaches on the Wirral peninsula and on the North Wales coastline.

Nice spot but noisy traffic off the A55. Didn't bother us too much but some people may not like it.
Staff were really good and friendly and the breakfast was spot on. Would stay again if in the area.
A choice of venue for food on site so good for families.

Make sure you put card on door if you want room cleaning. We didn't realise so didn't get bins empti ed or beds made for 3 nights. Beautiful location and ideal for exploring North Wales coast.

Took us nearly an hour of driving around finding the hotel on my sat nav from the given post code. Perhaps your web page could advise of this anomaly. Extra tired due to this extra drive.
Staff are very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Hats off to them. Breakfast had been very nice, tasty, and fresh. We stayed Mon-Fri, and we had the same fresh food althrougout. Although, there’s a lot of choices on the table if you want cereals and fruits (not much). We’re quite happy in a way. I don’t think we have paid value for money though. The parking is well-lighted. Hotel location is very accessible from the motorway.
The room was very spacious, I like the fact you have an iron board and iron within the room, I usually have to ask for this when staying at other hotels. I like that you have room service available, makes things easier for me as I'm pregnant so can relax in the room. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Although we departed on christmas eve (we learned that the hotel was closing on christmas eve for a couple of days) the staff still remained attentive and we were not rushed during breakfast,
Good room with comfy bed and spacious. Excellent car parking. Nice outdoor area for a drink if weather permits. Really liked the fact that the hotel was well staffed, no automated check in etc, people always on hand to help.
Breakfast was excellent. Service was good. Lots of parking space availble. Additional benefit include 24 hr Macdonald next to it. Clean room and hallways. Really recommend it.
