Twin room was wonderfully spacious, clean and comfortable. We were at the front of the hotel which you would normally think would be noisy but this was not the case during our stay over the Easter Weekend.
The breakfast was lovely and we were able to get just what we wanted. All the staff were lovely and could not do enough to help. We loved our stay and will be booking again :)

Our family trip to the Scottish Highlands happened very last...
Our family trip to the Scottish Highlands happened very last moment in the Peak season -July. All hotels and apartments were pretty much booked or available at horrendously high prices.
This property showed up in my search as an affordable option. To be honest we were not even sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised to find a neat and cosy cottage with clean and modern set up. Would highly recommend to go for this property if you have access to your own transport.
The property does not serve breakfast but I was told there are cafes nearby that do. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would surely consider going back to the same hotel again.

It was lovely ,well presented and just like the pictures online.Nice terrace to sit on. Nice friendly welcome from the host. Bed was very comfortable we slept very well.
Shower was good. And the whole chalet was spotlessly clean. We were attending an event in Inverness so only a short journey away and much more peaceful and much less expensive than in town. And a safe space to park your car.

There are 4 local walks starting from the square. Each takes you to a different type of countryside eg down to the sea to watch seals,up a hill to see lovely views, along the old railway line and through lovely woods and along quiet roads. It is only 2.5 miles to Beauly and there is a pavement all the way so we walked there and had lunch in a pub there and wandered round the shops. We drove to Chanonry Point to look out for the dolphins. We didn’t see any but enjoyed the beach and watching the people coming and going.

Ideal for visiting nearby family on black isle and nairn. 10 minutes by car to Inverness. Lots of places to visit in the area. Chalet was immaculate inside and outside was being repainted. Enclosed garden for dogs. Andrew was very helpful on arrival and couldn't do enough to make the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and return.

Muir of Ord is situated well to be used as a base to visit The Highlands. It has access to Main roads north and south with the Black Isle on doorstep. A few eateries and carry out places will keep the hunger at bay. Nice friendly folk always keen to speak to you.

Cannot fault this lovely property.
Cannot fault this lovely property. Every room is beautiful and very carefully planned. Loved the kitchen/ diner and loved using the AGA. The bedrooms are all spacious and very comfortable, the bathrooms all have great showers and lovely views . The outside space is great, we didn’t use the bbq and pizza oven but would imagine it’s great to use in the warmer weather. The hot tub was great too.
The house is located near the distillery with lovely views front and back.
The location was ideal, Coop directly across the road for supplies plus the room had a microwave, plates and cutlery. Bad Girl Bakery did a fabulous breakfast and lots of wee shops close to the hotel. Also plenty of great restaurants etc within driving distance. Look out for Red Kites and other birds of prey casually flying about!
Brian and his wife (the owners of the Ord Arms) created a great atmosphere and Provided us with a great breakfast and as a real bonus to us Brian gave us a lift from the hotel to the Black Isle Showground which saved us a considerable walk and we also enjoyed the famous Black Isle Show, best regards, Norman Masson & Olive Scott.
Great place to stay. Well equipped and clean and good value for money. Owners are really helpful and have stocked the apartment with local information and made recycling easy.
Muir of Ord is a great location for sightseeing and walking. Try out the Bad girl bakery and cafe which is excellent.
This was exactly the room I would love to get at every hotel. The bed was super comfy. They had a great coffee/hot chocolate service. They even were thoughtful enough to have cutlery and plates for any takeaway. The room we are in now has none of this, and I long for the Muir Bank Hotel.
A lovely find in the woods close to Muir of Ord.
Great value for money and within easy reach of many sights such as Loch Ness, Channory Point (for dolphins) and even Skye.
We took the executive room, which was great and roomy.
Clean and comfortable room and bed hosts suggested that we phone ahead for an evening meal which paid off as the Conon Bridge Hotel was very busy breakfast was superb we would recommend this b&b
A pleasant country house hotel that is not quite as grand inside as it appears from the outside. I had a comfortable night and good dinner and breakfast but would not automatically return.
Very good pub / hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Offer to let us park are motorcycle around the bike to keep then save.
Good quality food and drink and reasonably priced
Very nice, cozy and beautiful little hotel with rooms just like you would expect from the movies. Very nice staff/bartender and the service was magnificent!
