We were in room 14. The whole business is closed and shouldn't be available for rental. It is false advertising as what their website shows is far from the truth. Mould on walls. Toilet not flushing. Dirty bedding. Threadbare carpets. It is clear that the business has closed. It shouldn't be avialbe for use and to be charged £105 for room only, for a place that is inhabitable is a disgrace. Booking.com need to do more research on what they are offering. I would be very hesitatnt to use booking.com again. I will be making a review on trip advisor.

Very well located with a public carpark close to the property and only a few minutes walk to the river and 2 lovely pubs
Secure access was available for our bicycles which was a real bonus and the property was lovely and warm with a nice homely feeling.
Good communications from the owners which were very helpful.

Local history was fascinating, then you have Chepstow within walking distance and the Wye valley beyond that. Also a great place start from to explore the Severn Estuary - the road bridges are quite a sight from the shoreline.
