Staff where nice, did try there best to help when I had issues

Complimentary room upgrade was much appreciated and the hotel layout and staff attitude was very good. The bar area well set out with the outside patio tables in the sunshine a nice bonus and the bar and restaurant staff very friendly and quick. The hotel's proximity to the promenade, beach and south pier a major plus of course. Bed was very comfortable but shower could do with a grab handle to avoid slipping when getting in and out of the bath to access the excellent power shower ... not as agile as I used to be! Secure ANPR car park very handy and not too expensive at £18 for 24hrs. Look forward to staying again :) !

Third time here and didn’t disappoint. We love this hotel for the location and ample car parking spaces.
Staff all very friendly and room clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is very nice with lots of choice £16pp but worth it !
