Very convenient. Was quiet most of the time. Easy to seat for breakfast. Appreciated the card and bottle of fizz for my birthday. Staff were friendly and the place was clean

I live in the area stayed in maidstone Great Danes as kept it local for a Hen night. Why go elsewhere when we have plenty of options on the doorstep. Great Danes hotel fitted our needs with the Bingo Loco night there.
Maidstone has plenty to do, and places to visit and stay.

Rather fed up being asked to complete reviews for this Hotel. It's like having a beautiful girl keep asking if she is pretty!
This Hotel has on every occasion I have stayed exceeded my expectations and has been good value for money, The Friendly staff make the difference with nothing being too much trouble. Add a decent breakfast to the mix and excellent pool etc, what else could you want. Highly recommended.

it was a really good short business stay.
it was a really good short business stay. I have stayed with work before and always find the staff pleasant accommodating and friendly. The rooms although basic do exactly what is needed. It was clean tidy and had coffee tea making facilities. Really nice

Very good breakfast.. staff are friendly.
Room ok but could be better except stained bath in room was not pleasant, and should be replaced as it reduces decency of the bathroom. hotel entrance could do with some sprucing up - flower pots with faded/chipped edges, room had swivel chair what was very worn

Unfortunately Maidstone has been ruined by some awful planning decisions. The shopping has degraded thanks to the challenges for towns nowadays. Maidstone is a particularly bad sufferer. It’s a mess. The far end of Week street is a place to be sure to avoid.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Considering the cold room, dreadful breakfast, unclean amenities, and health concerns, I would rate the hotel poorly, perhaps 1 out of 5. It's clear there are substantial issues that need urgent attention for the hotel to meet basic standards.
excellent location accessible to the town centre and M20 within a few minutes drive.
Free parking .
the apartment was on the top floor, it was quiet, spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were super king and super comfortable .
A few additional bits would help such as a hairdryer and tea towels to dry the cups and plates we used, but otherwise we had a comfortable pleasant stay. ideal for families or a small group.
staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.
Loved the swimming pool.
Great size bedroom and beds,
Location was perfect as we were going to Maidstone studios for Blankety Blank.
Breakfast was perfect.
Lobby was a nice size.
Unfortunately the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the build however shortly after going back to our room we had a letter delivered through our door from the deputy manger apologizing which we thought was very kind of him to do this.
Overall very lovely stay.
Location fantastic. 10 minutes from town centre and all 3 train stations. Car parking on the drive. Perfect place too stay if your team got Maidstone United FC at the Gallagher stadium. Lovely walks along the river and so many shops, pubs and restaurants so close by. Fantastic host who even left me a tray of breakfast and coffee. They even wrote me a birthday card. How thoughtful. Will be back when we play Maidstone FC again. Thank you.
For easy access to Town Centre, the location is great. A short walk into town. Four double bedrooms (one basement, one ground floor, two first floor) and one with bunk beds (first floor) so there is plenty of bedroom space.
Towels provided in every room, host very receptive to messages and texts.
Supermarket less than 100yds, minimarket even closer.
Absolutely everything about or stay there was really lovely.
An amazing hotel full of character. Exceptionally clean.
A total surprise walking through the main front door in the centre of town, then it’s like your in somewhere like the Cotswolds.
All facilities in the hotel were perfect.
The owners and staff all took the time to talk to us really friendly.
The breakfast was nothing short of superb. The choice is so overwhelming it's good to plan what you want. Almost anything you can think of for a breakfast - they've got it. Even walnuts to put in your cereal. Lavarro coffee by the way - just in case you're wondering. The hotel is surrounded by countryside and has its own fields and fishing lake.
We got a very, very good price for big, comfy room. I didn't expect much after previous reviews and while it's a bit tired, it was exceptional value and perfect for a quick night's sleep. Typical 3 star chain hotel room at a hostel price
Everything was perfect, it had a warm homely feeling and was very comfortable, amazing location, 5-10 minute walk into town centre, cleanliness couldn’t have been better, would highly recommend staying here.
Great place to stop while traveling.
Very nice garden, excellent breakfast, good service, clean rooms.
We arrived at night and, as agreed, the hotel security ensured our check-in. Thank you, staff.
the room was clean and plenty space nice court yard in front of room and parking nearby to room staff very friendly in the hotel and the Black Horse pub will be staying again when in the area
Convenient suburban location but near to Maidstone town centre. Relaxed atmosphere and generally comfortable looked-after accommodation. Excellent value in today's inflated hotel market.
Chain hotel near the motorway, seemed to be well run. Comfortable room, clean, comfy bed, shower was okay, staff were friendly. Lounge area seemed nicer than most. Very smooth experience
I like how clean it was, the way it was positioned around, the little box of treats that they left was an lovely touch.
I like how close it was to town
