A very comfortable stay in a house full of history.

A very comfortable stay in a house full of history. The breakfast was superb. Our room had a lovely view of the garden and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts really had thought of everything and the room was appointed with everything you could possibly need. There was even a decanter of sherry in our room. A real gem!

What a lovely friendly place to stay.

What a lovely friendly place to stay. Everyone we met said “Good morning!” with a smile. The walk around the village was interesting; the map at the Old Hall had been a useful source of information for walking

The welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the room and facilities. The hotel was beautifully decorated for christmas. The little touches such as the sherry and chocolates in the room. A very good selection at breakfast. We would definitely come back to visit again.
