We checked in on Saturday 11/05/24, I booked a spa treatment to be paid on site, It was a surprise for my boyfriend and the 2 lovely receptionists (2 young ladies, Sorry but I can't remember their names), helped me so much! I can't thank them enough!
The neck-back-shoulder message was very needed and very relaxing. The facilities and the room were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, too.

Lytham town is quaint & has lots of lovely cafes & bars. There are all kinds of shops, many very classy.
St Anne`s shopping area is not quite as good but it leads straight to the pier & beach area. Lots of nice walks. Fairhaven lake area very pretty.

St annes is perfect place for family break with the option to travel through to blackpool or the shops and cafes in lytham. St annes is a place my small children love due to the sandy beach and amusement at the pier lots of memories to be made.

Been too Lytham & Lytham St Anne’s x3 now.
Been too Lytham & Lytham St Anne’s x3 now. Hubby absolutely loves it there & the beaches are lovely (though I’m not a lover of sand). There are plenty of restaurants, pubs/bars & shops too suit all pockets & tastes. We’ve walked from Lytham St Anne’s through to St.Annes on Sea (where the Windmill is) & then round to Lytham square where there are lots of places for a drink & meal, after stopping at a local bar with pub grub (The Railway). So yes I’d recommend. Beaches are safe, there’s a small funfair, & plenty of garden’s (e.g. Ashton’s Park) & if it rains there’s a cinema & an indoor pool. So also plenty to keep kids entertained. The bus service is pretty regular although it can be confusing if you are new to the place - we would have gotten bus into Blackpool (if a local hadn’t told us) instead of into Lytham Square where we were going for a meal at the ‘Olive Tree’, 54 is also good as are Allegria (in St Anne’s) & The Anatolia Sky (on sea front). The chippy near the pier is also good (& cheaper than what we pay at home for fish & chips) with big portions.

We walked to Lytham one day and to Blackpool and back the next, even in not so good weather but St Annes is right in the middle of the two. The town itself is lovely and with plenty of charm and plenty of nice pubs etc. We had a lovely fish supper in the "St Annes Fish Restaurant", very reasonable and delicious. As it was off season, not too busy but thats how we like it. A trip to the "Island cinema" was a pleasant change on a dreary day.

An absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful decor and very attentive and friendly staff. The room we had was a standard which was really large with bath and shower over and comfy bed. The breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious and great choice of cooked food. We had use of the bar facility and again great choices for drinks and wonderful sitting on the terrace at the front of the hotel watching the green at Lytham and passing people. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I visited for 2 nights with a friend three weeks ago & as a result of that visit decided to come back for 4 nights with my husband.
The breakfast was good quality & there was plenty of choice. On both occasions our room was spacious & clean. The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront & access to the bus stop for Blackpool or Lytham.
The staff were friendly & always happy to help.
We would definitely return.
Lovely hotel and we were upgraded to a very spacious suite which was a lovely surprise. However, I had typed in "Lytham" when searching for somewhere to stay and did not check the map (my mistake). The hotel is very far from Lytham centre itself so we were a bit disappointed. The beds were very firm and breakfast a little slim on choice but staff were friendly and Christmas decorations were very festive
Wonderful location across from the beautiful sandy beach and all amenities. The indoor pool was very large and great for swimming. Our room was in the back and very big with a large bathroom. The hotel has a balcony outside of the bar for having drinks and an excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Staff were helpful. the hotel is walking distance to everything in St Anne’s.
The family room was excellent for a family of four and was huge. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was really nice and fresh. Will definitely stay again. Would recommend for a couple or a family. Great location for Lytham and only 5 mins drive into Blackpool with free parking at the hotel.
We had a very friendly welcome and we were offered a free drink when we arrived. Our room was lovely, large comfortable bed and a great shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, we were spoilt for choice. The hotel is very close to all amenities in Lytham. We would definitely stay again.
The location is fabulous, on the promenade road, overlooking the beach and sea. Only around the corner is the main shopping area of Lytham.
Friendly reception staff. Plenty of parking in hotel car park and no charge.
Good selection of beers and bar staff have a friendly manner.
the room seemed very recently renovated, spacious and bright with views of the beach and the main square, the location is super central in the pretty town of Lytham.
We were going to Lytham Festival which is in the Green, not even 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Again, another superb experience with Susan and the team. An excellent breakfast, spotless rooms and THE most convenient location in the St.Anne's area. Exceptional vaue for money and probably the best hotel in the town. I recommend this hotel unreservedly.
Lovely welcoming friendly hotel. Many are returning guests but we were made to feel part of them. Would most certainly return again. Situated very well for all shops bars restaurants. Bus stops easily accessible for Blackpool and Lytham.
we were greeted by a really pleasant lady on arrival and weee able to park our car on the hotels car park very easily. lovely clean hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful .
Really good value hotel. Comfortable king size bed , good shower and excellent breakfast, room a little noisy due to early delivery would request a front facing room next time
Went for a friends birthday as they have stayed in Lytham St Annes in the past. No real issues with hotel. A little overpriced for the standard of the rooms and facilities.
