Beautifully, recently renovated period property offering the best of boutique vacation. The food was outstanding, some of the best I’ve eaten, and the bedroom was super comfy with a huge bed and river view. The staff were attentive, friendly and relaxed. We would highly recommend this stay.

Room was very nice, with a good standard of decoration with more of a feel of a real bedroom than a hotel room. Ensuite bathroom was clean and modern. Dinner in the bar area (attached but separate to the hotel) was pricey but to a good standard and was good enough we ate there more than once.

The staff is polite and welcoming, adding to the overall excellent experience. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, enhancing our stay even further. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch, with a great selection of delicious options. Additionally, the availability of parking, a spa, and a swimming pool made our stay convenient and relaxing. Perfect location and very nice building with beautiful hall, old lift and very nice room with view on the harbor. Great walk in quiet garden. Nice town and walks on the coast just near the hotel.

To get to Luxulyan whichever way you go, there are narrow lanes where if you meet another car you have to back up to a passing place. It was a nightmare and I wouldn't go to Luxulyan again. Also there is nothing much there so we had to go to other places to eat each evening, so you had to be able to drive.

A tranquil little village just 2 miles from the Eden Project. Superb little pub (the Kings Arms) with great food and lovely friendly staff. We stayed at The Old Vicarage B&B which was the best I’ve ever stayed in. The village has a little post office/general store, church, school and public toilets. A lovely area for walking although you’d need a car to go anywhere outside the village - and some of the lanes are extremely narrow!

Remote inn location but well signed once you got close.
Remote inn location but well signed once you got close. Nowhere close to eat - had to go into St. Austell, although there was a pub a couple of miles away from the Innis Inn. I didn't go into the village.
N.B. This review comes with FAR too many terms and conditions!! I'm not sure whether I'll bother in future.,
